Things just got HOT and HARRY

Hey everyone, with this video I'm making a change to how and where the early video uploads are accessed for supporters. Going forward, I'll be retiring the pixeldrain archive and just posting the early releases straight to this feed as an unlisted video first, and then make it public when it is ready to be released for everyone. Using pixeldrain made sense when we were doing anime content and the version that got uploaded there was quite different to the eventual YT upload. However, it's been less practical since we made the switch to games as I'm maintaining two platforms that essentially hold the same content.

This will streamline the process significantly, as you will no longer have to link your discord to the patreon or access the early uploads through the #archive-access channel. In fact, you don't have to interact with discord at all if you don't want to! The #benefactor-general chat will remain a perk of subbing and you can still view early uploads on discord if you want which will be posted in #archive-access, or you can view them straight through the patreon feed here rather than have to go through discord->pixeldrain.

Another advantage of this is since I don't have to worry about capping my upload space on pixeldrain, I can start uploading at significantly higher quality bitrate and resolution. For instance, the video posted today is available in up to 4k which I think makes the overall experience far better. Stay tuned, as I've got more to share on what comes next as we close in on the end of the Disco Elysium playthrough. And even that will not be the last thing I make related to Disco, but I'm working on that in secret! Thanks for continuing to enjoy this series!

As somebody who works at a social service (different topic), there is this constant argument about who can use it. And we got strict guidelines as well. You can fudge it every once in a while, but it feels so bad. It is understandable that there got to be guidelines, but it doesn't make it feel any better.

Nice, also Pixeldrain wasn't working the other day, so this is the way

Good move, it's more convenient and also nice to be able to comment without waiting for the public release.
