2025-07-11 23:38:04 +0000 UTCOh that’s cool, someone younger than me on here. I’m sure that you aren’t the only one, but I just talk about my age more openly in my submissions since sometimes I submit lots of old stuff

2025-05-30 17:08:32 +0000 UTCIt's crazy to me that I initially wasn't a fan of Kenny's, but I get it now!! 😅 lol he's definitely one of my GOATs

2025-05-30 17:03:15 +0000 UTCIt really is the best feeling after a match. I struggled to describe it after watching the whole series lol. Seeing their story unfold in the ring just got me 🥲. I keep thinking about how Okada hasn't kicked out if the OWA yet. I'm nervous they'll have him pull it off at All In now. But hey that's something I'll get to appreciate thanks to you 3 getting these all submitted, so thanks again! 😊

2025-05-30 16:04:16 +0000 UTCFinally got around to finishing this! Let me just say I am honored to have submitted your favorite wrestling feud ever Tally(with help from Drew and Wade ofc as I will keep saying)that is something I'm really proud of And hey I got you cry at two of their matches lmao Hell yeah And I can't agree more honestly Wrestling making me feel this is rare but it happens Bryan winning the big one at All In last year in his final shot Kenta Kobashi late stage matches Kenny Goddamn Omega It's so rare but it's so worth that emotion every time See now I don't know how I'm gonna top this series for my next submissions lmao But even if can't too it I have this 4 match series I was able to share with y'all And thats enough for me And hey I'll be in attendance for y'all's likely All In live stream so technically I'll be there for my epilogue chapter if it happens! And that's enough for me

2025-05-30 01:01:13 +0000 UTCI remember watching this match back in the day and crying like a baby. The whole post match interaction between Kenny and the Bucks is still my favourite wrestling moment of all time. I watched this whole storyline in real time and it was very emotionally draining for me. To this day I hate it when the Bucks feud with Kenny. A few words about Kenny’s post match promo and him asking the audience if they really thought they were going to leave Japan. Back then Bullet Club was the hottest thing in wresting and Triple H offered Kenny and the Bucks a lot of money to go to WWE. They refused because they still had goals to achieve in New Japan, Kenny hadn’t won the IWGP Championship yet and the Bucks had just gone up from the Junior tag division to being heavyweights. (In kayfabe Cody had previously manipulated the Bucks, which had resulted in the tag match you watched Golden Lovers vs Young Bucks, to find out who the better tag team in the heavy weight division was). After Kenny and the Bucks had won the championships they were genuinely considering leaving for WWE. But after the success of the original All In Tony Kahn got in contact with them, including Cody, and the rest is history as they say.

2025-05-30 00:31:08 +0000 UTCSo glad you guys got to see these before the inevitably got spoiled. I don't think this series will ever be topped the chemistry these two had is unmatched.

2025-05-29 23:40:47 +0000 UTCI watched this live when I was 13 (instead of going to school) and this is still the only time I cried watching wrestling. My fav match ever, and I'm still crushing on Kenny years later lol I'm glad you enjoyed it!

2025-05-29 23:04:54 +0000 UTCGreatest 4 match series ever in wrestling history. Wrestling hasn’t been better than this imo, greatest story ever told in the ring. Getting the 5th one in Texas this year is going to be unbelievably surreal as someone who watched all of these in real time in 2017 and 2018.

2025-05-29 22:45:31 +0000 UTCI'm so excited to watch then continue the build to this now that we've seen all the matches!

2025-05-29 20:13:45 +0000 UTCThat's exactly how I view Kenny. Introduced a style of wrestling I didn't even know I loved. I'm not good at remembering how long people have been part of the patreon, but I was not initially convinced that I liked him from really early submissions. It must have been Wrestle Dynasty or maybe some other matches right before then, but all of the sudden he's one of my favorite in ring performers and I'm crying after watching his matches 🥲 lol. If we get even a fraction of this feud between Omega and Okada at All In, I will be so happy. I love their chemistry.

2025-05-29 18:35:52 +0000 UTC1. Yes Josh I got a little confused with the longings in my context but in my defense I wrote it at 2 in the morning 😂 2. I'm very happy to have gotten this series to y'all in full and while it may have taken months I consider it well worth the wait 3. I haven't watched this yet because I'm at work!(Got called in on my day off ofc) But I can't wait to watch when I get home:)

2025-05-29 18:35:27 +0000 UTCI was like, literally Tally, watching this when it first aired. Kenny Omega flat out blue my mind in the 2010s and introduced me to a style of wrestling I had never even dreamed of before. Kenny from 2016 to around the birth of AEW was one of the finest in-ring specimens you'll ever see. I was in tears when he finally pinned Okada and won the IWGP heavyweight title! I don't need Okada/Omega V to top this (given the current state of both men it's impossible) I just want to see them work their magic in front of a Western Audience.

2025-05-29 18:21:53 +0000 UTCI don't think it can be considered a spoiler(?)... But in case you are wondering what happened next Josh & Tally you guys actually watched the final of that year's G1 before, along with the Wrestle Kingdom match the following year that served as the endgame to Kenny's reign as he left for the launch of AEW right after. Also to answer Tally's question at the end, no this was their last singles meeting ever in years before the inevitable All In bout. I don't think they even crossed paths that much after this bout, the most recent time they shared the same ring within an official match was them tag with each other the night after Wrestle Kingdom in 2023, which is more than 2 years ago. When Okada made some cross- promotion appearances, then initially joined AEW, Omega was dealing with injury. Omega did appear in one of the Dynamite episode, being attacked by Okada & the Bucks, before officially coming back at World's End last year to start the build to their 5th match.

2025-05-29 18:18:12 +0000 UTCYeah, i need time to process what i'm about to comment. Not kidding, i was preparing a f'n paragraph in my mind even before the video uploaded, but now done watching i can't help but feel exhausted & mentally drained to gather my thoughts into words, so i will leave it for, maybe later in the day. I don't think my mind will change here & anytime soon, that this is certainly still my all-time favorite pro wrestling match. I can say for many in the community that this was, & right now still is, the peak of pro wrestling experience. Ofc opinions & tastes are varies when it comes to what is one's favorite match out of the series, as i have seen some complaints about the match time/shorters one are more preferable, and i personally believe a large part leading to this match's success is how it benefits from all the storyline & matches happening prior, hence why watching all the previous bouts while not necessary, is recommended for the best experience. Nonetheless, it's hard to argue against the fact that this is indeed the perfect conclusion to the saga. Thank you Paul, Drew & anyone who supported Paul in organizing the submissions & brought this wonderful series to our community. Thanks to Josh & Tally for great reaction as always. Have a nice day guys.

2025-05-29 18:05:48 +0000 UTCFirst of all, it was really cool seeing ur guys reaction to the entire saga🔥this final match is also the famous “7 Star Match” rated by Meltzer, as you guys have prolly seen references/memes about it in the IWC a bunch Second of all, an interesting little fact from the post match promo is that Kenny was never locked in to starting/going to AEW in the first place. I believe the story is that it was mainly the Bucks, Cody, and TK being the main guys starting the company, while Kenny was still 50/50 on whether or not he wanted to go AEW, or stay in NJPW with Ibushi. Eventually, the Bucks and Cody were able to convince him to come over, and the rest was history. Kenny has even said that he’s glad that he made the decision to leave NJPW b/c he’s not sure how well his body would’ve held up, if he continued to wrestle the difficult NJPW style, and that there’s a good chance he would’ve retired by now if he did stay.

2025-05-29 18:01:42 +0000 UTCI rewatched this earlier today and thought this is one of those “yeah, Tally’s gonna cry” matches, but that is a true mark of quality wrestling. One of the greatest in-ring rivalries of all time, epic in every sense, the fantastic storytelling, the exhaustion, matches that feel like they earn their length and some of my favourite nearfalls of all time (Okada getting his foot on the ropes after a OWA in the second match being my favourite). Even if it’s impossible for a future match to top this, just seeing the pure magic these two do, will be enough for me. We’ll see if any other match series will make Tally more stressed with each given move hehe

2025-05-29 16:56:01 +0000 UTCWatching this live was the peak of pro wrestling in my opinion. NJPW was on a different level for a decade straight
