Oh yeah, sneak peak on the next chapters:
"You bought a boat," said Eon as he stared at the Empress
"Yes," she answered.
"It's beat up," he pointed out
"I can fix it," she countered
"It also has no power source," Eon groaned as he reached up to massaged his aching forehead.
"Someone has to power it," Rem pointed out and Eon had a feeling that she wasn't going to be the one to do so.
"And all of this for the price of two perfectly good camels...." Eon deadpanned as he stared at the beat up sailboat.
It would have been a fine purchase with all the tasteful decorations (as tarnished and scratch up they were), but one; they don't have water and two; they were traveling on land. What made it worst was the self-pleased expression she sported as she nodded back. "It's a fine purchase."
"Lady," One the street rats he found voiced out, "I think you got ripped off."
