The Lich and changes in tiers

But first of all, I present you the next monster in the graveyard: the Lich Master! as always by TheTz.
We also changed the patron reward tiers a bit, as to give more to everyone. It was kind of hard to decide and follow what everyone had the right to see, so we streamlined it. You can see the changes on the right with the tiers. Basically, it gives every image/animation post to the 2$ patrons while giving exclusives (2 weeks early access, cheats and polls) to higher tiers.
