Mini ReQuest Pack: UNDERDARK TRINKET CARDS (submissions)

For this month's Mini ReQuest Pack, we're going to create 1 sheet of little trinket cards! They are small cards with item illustrations on them that have no set monetary value or game mechanics attached to them, meant to be used as role-playing objects.
The theme for these trinkets is:
~ THINGS LOST IN THE UNDERDARK ~
We will illustrate up to 20 of your suggestions; that's how many fit onto one sheet :)
Examples of good suggestions are:
- GLOWING SPIDER EGG CLUSTER
- NAME ENGRAVED PICKAXE
- WATER DAMAGED MUSHROOM BOOK
- LANTERN WITH SHATTERED GLASS
- CRYSTAL WITH BITE MARKS

To qualify, your request must be limited to four (4) evocative words. Requests with more than four words are disqualified, and will be removed!
Rules for posting:
- For clarity, all direct replies to this post must be 4-word (or less!) suggestions. Other replies will be removed.
- This rule only applies to parent comments; Replies to/sub-comments can be whatever you like.
- Refrain from using proper names, or names of popular characters.
- Max one suggestion per patron
