Mini ReQuest Pack: 1 CHAMPION [submissions]

Hello there, traveller! For this month's Mini ReQuest Pack, we are going to create 1 champion NPC + their minions or goons, based on the most popular of your suggestions. The champion will be presented with a paper mini, game statistics, and minions. Examples of good suggestions:

To qualify, your request must be limited to four (4) evocative words. Requests with more than four words are disqualified, and will be removed!
