TOOL v2.3 Release Candidate - Rotate Around Center

This release candidate brings a new feature called Rotate Around Center. It's a toggle in the rotate dialog that lets you choose whether group rotation will rotate all objects around their own axis, or around the group's center. The video above demonstrates the difference.
Many players requested this, as it'll allow them to rotate TOOL-only builds after they've finished, instead of having to plan which rotation they want to begin with. I hope everyone enjoys.
EDIT: RC2 now available.
- Fixed rotation around center on crooked lots, rotation will now stay aligned to the lot.
- Added an improved rotation indicator. The circle is now a gradient.
Dim = 0. Bright = 360.
Positive rotation amounts will always move dim -> bright.
Install Instructions
⚠ FOLLOW IT WORD FOR WORD. ⚠
1. Delete any existing copies you have for TOOL.
2. Open the "TwistedMexi's TOOL v2.3 RC2" zip and drag the "Tmex-TOOL" folder inside to your mods root.
3. That's it! Don't restructure or move the files in any way.

This has been the #1 struggle I've fought with while using TOOL as a builder up till now! YES! Thank you so so so much for making this change. It seriously changes everything

2021-04-26 14:35:40 +0000 UTCThe mc center is changing tables, a cutting came out today, I no longer have the TOOL control board, I can move, but the table no longer appears. No more spinning, scaling, etc ... Thanks for your help;)

2021-04-22 00:13:46 +0000 UTCThanks for joining :) One thing that might catch you off guard, is while you can rotate around center on any axis, you might go to tilt a build and realize some of the stuff in it are those "squish only" objects. Just go into it keeping that in mind.
