- Personally I would love to see season 2, but honestly I wouldn't mind if there's some other show you want to check out in-between since it can get mentally exhausting watching the same series nonstop (even for those of us who watched this real-time had a few months break between the seasons haha) - I know some people recommended Crime Scene - I really like it as well! It's basically a more simplified version of Busted! (not sure if you've watched that one before), but still very entertaining. But I do think it's better to start from Season 2 instead as Season 1 was extremely scuffed, but it's up to you (: Two players from The Genius will appear as fixed cast for this series at least for S2, but they only make passing references to this show so it should be fine to watch both concurrently. On to this episode: - I actually like how open the players are with betrayals now, at least they see it as part of the game and don't seem to take it too personally. - I would side with Sung-gyu too, at least he told them outright that they shouldn't place too much faith in him xD - I would classify Jin-ho as the "hero" archetype - he often does what we consider morally just such as helping his own alliance or weaker players and does not resort to betrayals, so he's the kind of player that you want to cheer on and hope he takes down the "bad guys". Sang-min/Sung-gyu though... they definitely don't look good given their backstabbing antics, but I have to admit that they are the ones who really make this series exciting with the constant double-crossing. This show isn't really about showcasing pure intellect, it also takes in politics and psychological warfare into account. Honestly at this point, I'm just cheering for all three of them because they clearly show that they have what it takes to survive in one way or another. Also, a holiday trip sounds great!
