To answer your question about 'TXTish': 'ish' is just a common adjective ending in English (google tells me the name for this grammar is a suffix) . It makes the word mean 'having the quality of' or 'sort of like' the noun you stick it on, for example ticklish, blueish, greenish, feverish, amateurish. If someone says '-ish' by itself in English, it's like them answering 'sort of'. So sticking it on the end of TXT just means 'TXT-like'. I think they must have said a similarly made-up adjective in Korean to translate, hence Taehyun saying it's good to hear a unique word made up to describe them ^^
