Deadlifts Again
Added 2025-07-12 13:44:19 +0000 UTCThis time on a bad/sore day. This is one of the reasons why I film myself, I see myself not positioned ideally and fix it.
This first set was 225lb and second set 245lb I believe. My legs were exhausted from what I was doing the day before. After seeing the second clip I adjusted the weight and did some foam rolling which helped a lot!
I've definitely made progress, this was from a few months ago and I filmed a recent set at 265 that looked great
Also, my bad I accidentally scheduled this for the following day rather than having it post on Friday. And check your Lime folder it should have a grand total of 87 photos :)
