Not useless, just have to defeat your opponent fast. Useless against a regen merchant like Buu, Buu is the ultimate foil to SSJ3.

2024-11-21 10:03:09 +0000 UTCSS3 may seem like a very powerful and intimidating transformation due to the long hair and no eyebrows, but it is arguably a useless transformation. When the then dead Goku first used it against fat Buu, it reduced his revival energy. The fused Gotenks used it against Super Buu, but the fusion time lasted less than 30 min due to the massive ki consumption. And now we see it here when the now living Goku tried to regain ki, he failed to do so and is left in a more exhausted sate than ever. As it was proven during the Cell saga, merely powering up to gain more strength doesn't mean anything if one does not have stamina to maintain it.

2024-11-20 21:42:14 +0000 UTCYeah, maybe if everyone else gangbangs Kid Buu as a distraction, Fat Buu can turn him into chocolate. There are plenty of things worth doing here. Fusion, obviously. Come to think of it, saving Satan and not Fat Buu made things play out this way.
