Human Combat Arena Highscore Challenge

The arena is open, the gloves are off, and it’s time to see how far you can push your skills.

This is a full-on highscore chase in the Human Combat Arena, where you fight against weapon wielding enemies and try to squeeze every last point out of a run. Clean execution, smart risk-taking, and adapting to pressure will matter. If you want to compete for prizes, this is your moment.

At the same time, this event is one of the most valuable ways to help us shape Wild Life’s combat. Your runs, your clips, and your feedback help us spot what works, what breaks, what’s unclear, and what needs tuning.

The competition starts today, and final results are locked on January 4th.

Two competitions

Same rules, same hype, two separate brackets:

Supporters competition

• For active supporters only

• Submit in #combat-event-supporters on our official discord server

• Winner role: Grand Arena Champion

Public competition

• Open to everyone

• The public build is valid for participation

• Submit in #combat-event-public on our official discord server

• Winner role: Arena Champion

Prizes (per competition)

Three winners per bracket:

• 1st place: Steam Gift Card 100 USD

• 2nd place: Steam Gift Card 50 USD

• 3rd place: Steam Gift Card 20 USD

Each winner also receives their event role until the next combat event.

Special category (extra roles)

The highest overall highscore among all weapon classes submitted will get the special role: Arena Grandmaster

At the end of the event, we will reveal another hidden special category, and the winner receives an additional special Discord role.

How winners are chosen

This is where it gets spicy:

• We track performance across multiple weapon-related categories

• We will NOT announce which weapons or categories count for winning in advance

• This is intentional, so the meta does not get solved on day one and players stay creative

• You can only win one prize category
  If you qualify for multiple, your highest placing counts and the next eligible player moves up

Entry requirements

To keep judging fair and simple:

• Video proof is mandatory

• Your submission must include a directly watchable video link (YouTube, Vimeo etc)

  • No login required

  • No downloads required 

  • Direct file transfers are not accepted

• Analytics must be ON while recording your entry
  Accept full analytics on first start or enable it manually in Options

• Your video must clearly show the final results screen

Recommended upload: YouTube (Unlisted) works best, but any platform is fine if it is directly playable in a browser.

Rules

• Finding an exploit is useful feedback and we want to see it so we can fix it
  However, using an exploit for score advantage may disqualify your competition entry
  The goal is a fair and square challenge

• Keep posts SFW
  NSFW is allowed only for clear bug or glitch evidence, with warning and timestamp

• Please use the in-game Give Feedback button after playing
  This is the easiest and most valuable way to help us iterate

Now go claim your score. Push your best weapon, find your best route, and set a run that forces everyone else to answer it.

Lastly, we want to thank every one of you for the amazing support you have given us this year. We are very happy with the development and how it's going and it's all thanks to you. 2026 will be the most important year for Wild Life ever, the year where we plan to release the game and where it all will be coming together. We hope to see you all next year for this exciting phase.

For now, our team will go into their well earned vacations, spend Christmas with their families, hopefully get some deep recharging rest and we will see you all again early next year to tackle the beast.
