Hi Grace! Your personal attention videos are so good! I had seen a video idea of “not touching/tracing an item around it” and I just felt like that would be a good video :)

I love working out and I love when you discuss movement and am super interested in what movement you enjoy so something like talking about your movement in a week or something like that would be great!
