Trigger and Terminal (Ep.2)

Guess it's not a 'oneshot', lol.

As noted before, all the illustrations are generated via Gpt4o-image, or Midjourney. Sometimes edited in photoshop or cut together by me. I'm not very good at color grading things yet...

All the framing, ballooning of text, etc is done by me in Clip Studio.

I'm not an experienced comic artist, so while working on the first and this episode I've been watching a lot of youtube videos, reading, and learning about it. Some things came on their own thanks to me liking to read manwha and webtoons. But even without the jank of AI art being thrown in, you could certainly expect novice mistakes everywhere.

Still, I feel like things started to go smoother. It certainly takes a long time to do, I can't imagine how much work it would be if you had to actually draw all the frames. I imagine that's why all the weekly webtoons utilize a full team of people to get episodes out weekly.

With the AI, this took me about 2-3 hours per page which includes the time generating images (I often work on the script, storyboard, arranging things on earlier pages, etc) while those generate, flipping back and forth to keep it going along.

There's also no proofreader... so :"D

Anyway, if you like it, you like it. Personally, I enjoy putting all the parts together.

Here's the next episode:

Hmmm that looks like a Nuclear cooling tower well, that got scary quick! Makes sense, A.I. uses a lot of power so closer to the plant the cheaper.
