George pissed me off by the end but also like he never wanted any of that from the beginning. He was a pawn who just became so corrupted by power and Nick was so good at showing that progression. It’s nice to see him in a role we haven’t really see him do yet and he was amazing. Tony and Julianne were amazing as well. I really liked this show. It was sexy but also dark and twisted and made me more interested in the history of king James…plus I’d watch Nicholas Galitzine do pretty much anything. Now I’m going to go and patiently wait for RWRB 2

2024-05-21 14:51:20 +0000 UTCthere was a lot of speculation at the time surrounding george being responsible for james’ death and poisoning him but it isnt true, george verifiably wasn’t in england when james died and he reportedly wept for days straight and had to be comforted by charles when he heard the news - easily nick’s best work to date like the journey george goes on through the course of these episodes was so fascinating to watch, tony and julianne were incredible too!
