As a Korean, I wanna explain the Dong-mae and Ae-sin scene in the train station. If I translate what Dong-mae said more accurately, it's not "you already know", It's "you even know that". It means that Ae-sin already knows that Dong-mae love her! That's why Ae-sin said to Dong-mae "Although I can do it, I don't think you can" before his line.
