Overall, he's gorgeous. I'm just annoyed I have to follow up with Bad Dragon a second time in two purchases.
Spoilers: This was suppose to be a Medium Nox in Soft firmness; he is actually a Medium Nox in Medium firmness and was listed incorrectly on the website. I would not have bought him if I knew he was a medium firmness, because I don't like having doubles of toys in the same stats. I would rather try out different versions of the model than collect the same thing in a different color. My Virgo is showing.
Anyway, I will keep you abreast of the situation. Snuggle into the life preservers while we ride this wave of back and forth with customer service. Hold on tight, now...
