Horny TL;DR: new video message just popped up from that chick you just met... hmm ๐ณ
7 Wan 2.1 videos showdown against 15 FramePack videos. Can the hot new kid in town knock the current king off his throne? Probably not, but probably more my fault than anything since I'm still learning FramePack.
Also, planning on working on the tier changes next, going to try to pull the trigger in 3ish hours.

Includes some extras and different stages of generation (OG- for original, IN-interpolated, gimmvfx- fancy interpolated, UP- upscaled)
My findings were that FramePack takes longer to generate than Wan 2.1, uses more resources and seems to produce a more static image with less motion. But, that motion is also different with a unique look, so it could still be useful for providing some variety. And it supports Hunyuan LoRAs, though I haven't tested this feature and these videos were only made using the base model. FramePack does have the advantage that it generates at 32 FPS out of the box and you can lengthen the video almost as much as you could want without increasing the VRAM cost much. But, I found that 10 seconds was around the sweet spot, anymore didn't add much to the video. But, you'll see some 20 second generations I did that came out alright. I could also generate at higher resolutions, but unfortunately had a lot less control over the resolution than I do with Wan 2.1 (making the videos incompatible to combine without cropping unless I decide to change my default Wan 2.1 res).
This was also my first attempt at doing 60+ FPS framerate. For some weird reason the videos ended up being tinted a bit red. I may go back and see if I can figure out why since I don't feel like I was doing anything different. Could also be the upscaler I was using and how it reacted with the source videos. But, I didn't want to delay the release any longer if I could help it.
For the last bit of this project, I'll probably do a reel/mini-PMV. I'm not sure I want to do too many more video generations on it with so many other projects taking my focus. Though, I didn't generate on every image I wanted to... so I'll think about it. Maybe I'll save it for a sequel.
Thanks again for all the support!
