This is actually very common. Sometimes there are delays on Patreon's side, and it may take a few hours or even a few days for everything to process.
If the issue persists, please try the following steps:
Go to your Patreon settings and select "Disconnect from Discord server," then unlink your Patreon and Discord accounts.
After that, re-link your accounts and try joining the server again.
