Weekly (most of the time) Check-In - 7/13/2024

Alright folks. First things first - I apologize about not getting to the check-in for the past couple of weeks. I've been super busy, and it mostly just slipped my mind. By the time I remembered to do it, it was already too late. So, that's on me, and I'm sorry.

That said, the past couple of weeks have been a bit hectic for me. Some of that is due to poor planning on my part, but it's mostly because there's a LOT on my plate. The writing always comes easiest, but when editing and copy edit approvals and all that start piling up, it can get a bit overwhelming. Still, I should have planned things better.

Whatever the case, I'm all caught up with that stuff, and it should be smooth sailing from now on! Sure. I want to believe that, too!

Anyway - moving on.

In Death: Genesis news, book six of the series hit almost two weeks ago. I forgot to make a post about it (see above), but it's still done pretty well. We hit top 500 overall on Amazon, and it's still sitting in the top 2000 two weeks later. So, I'm definitely happy about that. if you haven't had a chance to pick it up yet, check it out HERE, where it's available as an E-Book and in audio.

Regarding the current Patreon content, we've just wrapped up book 9, and we're rolling right along into book 10. I hope the end of the book gave you all some insight into what's coming over the next 4-6 books before the series ends, and I likewise hope that you'll all enjoy what I have planned. I know I'm excited about it.

With Path of Dragons, we're still plugging along through book 5 (I think it's about 35% into the volume), making our way through the Trial of Primacy and all that fun stuff. This book is probably going to end up slightly longer than the previous four, mostly because there's a ton of ground to cover. But I still hope to hit the end of book 5 somewhere around late August. I still plan to do the accelerated month in September, too. So, you'll be getting a lot of cool content over the next few months. I hope you'll enjoy it!
