Loki 1x01 Uncut Reaction!

We are burdened with glorious purpose... to bring you the first uncut reaction for Marvel Studios' 'Loki'. We had a chance to see this early through a Disney screener, so we made sure to adjust the timecode accordingly.

Our screener also had some issues that we had to make adjustments for which is why you might catch some edits throughout the video. But, the edits are made during non-reaction portions.

Let us know your thoughts on the episode below and continue the conversation with the community on Discord.

Kianna Hendricks

time to rewatch post-Antman 3!

Casey Williams

Here for the rewatch. Will it replace Wanda as my number 1...?

I caught you guys reaction videos on YouTube and wound up watching the whole series again with your short YouTube vids. After that, I HAD to check out this site. Y'all are awesome and even in the short vids had me feeling the whole show again!

This show has my mind going everywhere. So, my question is , if the TVA is monitoring the timeline, I wonder if Wolverine and the X-Men were questioned about the events in Days Of Future Past? Or were those events supposed to happen? And Cable from Deadpool 2?

La'Toya Hayes

I really love this show so far. The cinematography is great, the score is fantastic, the retro-future tech is beautiful, and the potentiality is huge. The Infinity Stones in the drawer is jaw dropping. I love, how like Endgame, this show enriches Thor: The Dark World. I am into it. Looking forward to seeing what unfolds.

I do not think the reference to the devil in the stained glass had anything to do with Mephisto. If the show has not lied to us and there is in fact another Loki out there then the girl could just be using the image of the devil as a visual reference for Loki in the horned helmet. A child in the 1500s would have no reference to explain it and that image sums it up nicely for her.

Myles Away

I thought the same thing! Maybe they'll come back to it?

Bran the Builder

My only note for this episodio. Is that they could had made Agents of Shield cannon with a simple line from Mobious.. when they talk about Coulson and Loki says. That he died Mobious could had said. Not really.. implying that he was resurrected. But oh wells. Maybe i enjoyed Shield more than anyother fan

Ah! I'm so excited for this show. I guess the questions I have that I hope to answer is who exactly are these time keepers who are making these decisions. Why do they get to decide what's ok and what's not. I'd also like exploration of who Loki wants to be. He's tried power and that's obviously not worked, so who does he want to be? He has a true reset. Also, don't know which comic I read it in, but Miss Marvel's powers are actually time-related. I think there was also a one-shot comic that connected her to Kang as well.

Laura

did anyone notice that the time keeper in the middle looks strikingly like Jonathan Majors? and the character has blue skin... like kang

Jon Snow’s Mange

in the comics, the infinity stones only work in their individual universes so it makes sense that they don’t work at the TVA

The Infinity Stone part with the comment about them being paperweights got me laughing... I am not sure if it was due to the absurdity of the moment or out of nervousness about what we are going to continue to experience as everything we know is going to get turned on its head.

David Lonewolf Wright

Josta. I loved that drink.

Brandon Tijerina

My question now if I had one question to ask Kevin would be “if you look back at everything now and everything living forward with what’s announced and what’s out and with what happened in the universe and IS HAPPENING.... what made you think inhumans wasn’t the right choice for this universe?” “Was it too soon....? 👀”

Dakota Jones

These shows bring back thrill of reading a monthly book where the stories lean in on character and slowly progressing their stories over time and the movies are like the big cross-over events that happened every year or two.

Christopher S. Brown

Regarding your comment on Steve Rogers timetravel: I think there is a clue: when he showed up aged on the bench and Falcon was approaching him, they had a little chat in which Rogers said, he had a good time. When Falcon asked him: "Do you want to speak about it?" (or similar), Rogers answered: No. So maybe he had a deal with the time keepers.

Robert von Heeren

I... see what you did there. "Thor's" got to be an award for such an "ode in" a comment. Hela good, my friend! Hela good!

Chad-Michael Simon

I can't wait to dive into this reaction video. I woke early to catch the show before spoilers hit the 'net and was sucked into such a unique world. The flavor of the MCU television shows, no matter how distinct they are visually, is this incredible intimacy. I feel like the entire MCU led up to Wanda declaring her title. The entire MCU led up to Sam walking in slow motion before his training montage, the moment he accepted being Captain America. And here, the entire MCU led up to Loki admitting that he gets no pleasure from inflicting pain, that it's the strategy of a weak being posing for power. That line, my friends, was what the entire episode wrapped around. And it's incredible.

Chad-Michael Simon

A wild idea, the other Loki is selecting these time reset devices, for what? Maybe an attack on the TVA? Blowing up TVA and causing the Multiverse?

A. Bielke

They chose quite a dark tone visiually, but then again, it makes sense to make it "low key" 😜

A. Bielke

I’m glad you guys reacted to the screener

don’t call me lev
