2021-05-26 04:10:16 +0000 UTCHe got upset it the 2nd episode not that he had to train, but after hearing someone tell his father that he would never be like his Dad. That he doesn't even have 1/100th of his ability. Most any kid with low self esteem, isn't going to hear that and rationally think, yeah but I am still significantly better off then an average human. No their natural inclination is to have it be another blow to their self esteem. Eventually more rational thoughts will come to them, but the first reaction to that should be an emotional one.

2021-05-26 03:59:38 +0000 UTCI watched first episode where Jordan was being all moody cause thought wasn’t gonna get powers... then in second episode when he is now moody because he got powers, training and learning about his powers was somehow so ridiculous he stormed off in a tantrum, I was like... ok yeah I’m out
