The analogy I've used is that my grip is twisting the handgun grip forward like how you might try to over tighten the lid on a jar of peanut butter (as a right hander). All finger pressure gets stacked onto the pinky, and the webbing of your thumb is forced up into that back strap. Also, where did you get that trainer with the dot
