Do you have a review of that Bando XL? I’ve got the Bando and the XL and I like them. Just curious what your thoughts are and if you did any modifications to it. Only thing I can think of is the zipper pulls, and that’s an easy fix.

2025-07-24 04:46:38 +0000 UTCI was surprised to find that on my body, the short 26 carries much better than the 43X because it can completely sink into my body in between my midline and hip bone. I’m 6 foot 1, 165lbs but must have a narrow hip to hip. Before the 26, trying hard to deep carry a 43X, carrying it completely centerline was uncomfortable and carrying at the usual 1 o clock, the grip corner would be pushed out by my hip bone and be very visible even under the belt, and that also made it harder to draw due to the belt tension at the corner. The 26 had not only shot way better for me, but it also hides way better. I hated the flush 10 round grip with tensely curled pinky the first week but it really grew on me and doesn’t bother me anymore at all. With any extension, it carries much worse and I “notice” the short backstrap a lot more.
