Herol 0.7 download

Hello everyone !

The 0.7 version of Herol is finally up to grab !
It mainly includes some improvements and fixes !
I tried to make the model look more alive by adding some animations ^^

This version includes:

- Tail looping animation (toggeable)
- Ears looping animation (toggeable)
- Independant toggeable fluff on the ears, the elbows and the heels
- the clipping on the neck's fluff has been fixed !
- New substance files
- Photoshop textures for an easier editing

All the files can be found below. Please keep in mind that you'll need to import poiyomi toon for the avatar to work as expected.

That's gonna be the last update available for early access, please feel free to report any issue you may have with the model before it gets released for everyone else !

I'm really proud of this model and how it came out and I can't wait to start creating assets for this boi !

Thanks for the recommendation regardless ! Usually my models are a little bit more than 70k even if i'm trying to put the less I can, I'm mostly trying to compromise to not have too much without looking too low poly. But one with less than 70k is also available for you to download (the 1.2 update to be precise) in case you prefer to have less than 70k in your model (it also means less physbones as i removed all the mane's one for it to be optimized) If you need any help with that for your project feel free to contact me anytime on discord or here on patreon, I would gladly help ! :D

Ah, I just mean polygons optimization in general. Don't mean that you need to work with tris.

Thank you so much for your support i'm very glad you liked my model ! I usually don't work with triangles as I prefer to work with quads. Though if you want there is an optimized green version for Herol in the latest update in case you need it :D

If you could still provide the blend file, that would reduce friction.

Saw this last night in a world, had to grab it myself. Do you anticipate taking a look at triangle optimization in the future? Right now it's at about 90k, and it seems feasible to bring it down at least below 70k (VRChat's soft limit).

I didn't put the blend file in it because it's possible to just import the fbx (you can find it in the unity package) in blender to work on it, but if that's easier for everyone i'll gladly provide the blend file
