First goal reached!
Added 2016-10-08 16:46:02 +0000 UTCThank you so much for supporting us! I can't believe how quickly we've grown. It wasn't very long ago that we decided the world needed a comprehensive adult Avatar game, and within a few days of posting our alpha, we've already gotten to our first goal!
We're moving quickly, working on the love route. I was just going to keep working and not post today, but when I saw we reached our first goal (HELL YEAH) and had a bunch of congratulatory comments (thank you guys!), I wanted to reach out with a quick update!
The artist is determined to outgun me (the programmer), so I've got to keep working, 'cause I'm not letting that bastard get ahead of me :D.
As I already mentioned, we've paid a lot of attention to your comments and are revising some things. Once both routes are finished, we'll be going through and doing some editing and bug-fixing (I've already fixed a few bugs, including the shop/school money glitch). We've learned a tremendous amount making Book 1. We went in with a lot of enthusiasm and came out with a lot of experience, and have expansive goals for the next book. It doesn't make much sense to revamp the style of the first book, as we're happy with how it turned out, but we have big changes in store for the fire nation -- yes, Azula is next!
But that's me getting ahead of myself. The love route is coming along well, the primary difference being the night-time conversations. It's looking good!

Hey jester, updates will be at least once a month, but it's tough to say how long it will take as we work quickly, but have huge plans. We will finish the game, part of the reason for releasing such a sizable alpha was to prove our seriousness.

A lot of people have mentioned that they'd prefer to have fewer releases with more content than frequent releases with less content, though we're still (and always will be) listening to what our patrons want. They'll receive the build a week before public release.
