But this fucking dude wrote a whole book about it and I didn't know! I'm happy I found out about it thru this podcast, I don't want to imagine how pilled I'd be if I read it during my phase xD!!

Sure enough, you actually referenced the book near the end of the podcast. I thought your assessment of the author’s manic state was charitable and on target. He is a smart person applying the wrong tools to the problems of life.
