First most, I’m sorry on this being late, I really wanted to get this out before the first but I drastically underestimated how much time flavor text would need to write for this. Still, I’m happy that the patrons who took me up on my offer last month and couldn’t be here for this month will still get access to this update. Thank you to everyone for your support and angelic-tier patience with me while I grow and refine my mod development pipeline!
This will be the shortest mod description I’ve ever written because I want to release it and then go to bed!
IMPORTANT INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS!
- Delete the file Nisa9022_BrokenLibidoAspiration.package from your mod folder. This has been updated and merged into my main package so that I can expand upon it in the future.
- Then, Install Like normal
This is Part 1 of a 2-part update. The first part (this one) will focus mainly on sex related features: So sex control, the all new pink motive, and text adventures. Part 2 will focus on domestic/household related chores. Also in between the release of part 1 and part 2 there will be some smaller updates. Including a brothel visit for Caged Birds and period detection for vampire sims (which is a misc. update which originated from a suggestion)! Hotfix ver 2.0.995a 10/6/2018
Phew, this update has been a rough one. I'm aware that some players are having difficulties with sims being pulled out of the text adventures early and I'm investigating solutions but it will take a bit of time. Please be understanding, as far as I know no one else has modded in text adventures to the sims yet, so there is bound to be some growing pains! Thank you for all your support and bug reports! Keep them coming :)
- Fixed a bug with clearing relationships from a sim after the farm visit.
- Removed Jealousy checks from caged birds
- Fixed a bug with my buff checking utility (A new feature on the coding side)
- Fixed a bug that prevented waiting 4 sale player caged birds from showing up in other household's buy menu
- Added a missing description
- Fixed missing text tokens for a notification
- A few misc code changes.
Edit: If you have any sims with the stuck waiting 4 sale buff from update 2.0.995 then use the console command 'nisa.fix_bird' without quotes, this will update the waiting sim with the appropriate flags so they will then appear on the buy screen for the Doll House. You can also use 'nisa.fix_bird firstname lastname' to fix a specific sim that's not your main sim!
Hotfix ver 2.0.995b 10/7/2018
- Fixed a major bug with cleaning sim relationships after a successful farm visit. Please note that if your sim knows a lot of people, this can pause the game for a bit while all the sim's relationships are cleared. Just wait patiently please! Everything will be reset, only relations that will remain are sims that your sim have had romantic relations with but not the actual romantic relationship. This is for WW sex tracking stat purposes.
- Now after a successful farm visit, your sim will leave their career along with having their relationships cleared!
- Made some changes to how the rabbitholes work which will make your sim less likely to be kicked out early, let me know how this goes!
- Added breast detection to caged bird pricing and their stat screen! If they have small titteh's they will be priced appropriately and get the 'Lil Tittehs' special note, like wise for the well endowed with 'Big Tittehs' tag.
- Added a floor to how much a sim is worth. This is randomly assigned to each sim in a deterministic way so that, that sim will have a base value between 10-2000 simoleons or more, always.
- Fixed some math with sim pricing
Hotfix ver 2.0.995c 10/8/2018
- Rewrote the relationship clear code to run more quickly more efficiently and handle married sims much better!
- Fixed a bug causing certain options on the text adventure to loop
- Added a new console command, 'nisa.help' which will print out most of the useful console commands into the command console. This isn't finished yet, but it's time there is a master list available in game!
- Minor changes to my aspiration tuning
- Soooooo I was looking over my previous updates today... and I thought I already released the virginity loss feature in previous updates.... turns out if I did then I never mentioned it. So when losing your vaginal virginity, ST sims will bleed down there and all other sims will have a 20 percent chance to bleed for a bit with a special buff.
Hotfix ver 2.0.995d 10/11/2018
- The next step for my aspiration update is here. I've now converted the sex detection in the aspiration to use my modern sex detection script. It will now count all oral, anal and vaginal sex received towards the objective!
- Made it so Caged Birds no longer negatively react to vampires drinking. They are caged birds, they shouldn't care about witnessing such a minor transgression. Blood cow parties commence!
- Sooooooo I have realized that a lot of your guyz' games are filled with wealth inequality! So to deal with this, I have remade my economy algorithm for determining caged bird prices and placing sims in social class levels accordingly.
- Made the Pink Motive decay more slowly so caged birds are easier to manage.
- Speaking of which, made the pink motive more likely to work with cc occult states not directly supported
- I was told NPC ghost were spamming the doll house buy screen, so now npc ghost are excluded from the window.
- Soooo right now, going to the farm will clear your sim of all their relationships, even with their own family. I was mixed about adding this in in the first place but a Patron talked to me the other day and convinced me on why preserving the genealogy link (but still wiping the relationship) would be important for stories. So now this information is preserved.
- Included a more aggressive error detection for my text adventures.
- Fixed a bug with initializing pregnancies during the farm text adventure.
Hotfix ver 2.0.995e 10/12/2018
Omgosh I should be sleep but I heard from patrons that there is a nasty bug for Patrons who don't have the Vampire pack causing the game to crash on trying to load! so this is a hotfix for that mainly!
- Fixed a bug causing crashes for those who don't have the vampire game pack!
- Fixed a bug that prevented sims who lost the pink motive from going to the farm to regain the motive... also added a cost to it (untested)
Since I'm half asleep and I don't fully trust my sleepy brain, I'm not going to spam your inboxes for this hotfix but if you are having problems please redownload and try it!
Hotfix ver 2.0.995eh 10/12/2018
- Sooooo apparently some caged birds were being naughty and not going to the farm when they were told. Very very bad bridies! Now they should go to the farm like good lil' birds.
- Fixed a bug with the broken mind aspiration where sex would generate an LE when a NPC had the aspiration (aspirations aren't fully tracked for NPCs)
- Fixed a bug that was trying to force a sim to leave work early while it was work hours and the sim wasn't at work!
- Fixed a bug letting ghost sims phase through my filter! Bad ghost! now reinforced with a plasma anti-ghost shield!
Stealthy Hotfix ver 2.0995f for respects 10/13/2018
- Wow, so a LL user uncovered a very old and unreported bug! I'm surprised it has taken so long to pop up but thrilled that a new and novel bug was found on LL for once! Very exciting times! This is a rare bug that occurs when trying to add a client to a prostitute's waiting list under very specific conditions. So I'm not going to ping your guyz mailbox with this since it is so rare.
- Also, there will be no WIP tonight, as you can see from the above reports, most of this week I've been busy releasing hotfixes almost everyday! There are more things coming soon, so that's another reason why I want to keep your guy's mailbox a bit more quiet.

I actually went out on the town and it was working with random sims, even sims that the relationship was near 100. I guess my sim(s) won't be asking those that constantly refuse anytime soon.

2018-10-22 21:45:02 +0000 UTCMy prostitution system is pretty complicated, there are a lot of things that can change the outcome, I tried recreating your situation as best as I could and I couldn't recreate the bug. Still, let me know how your 50/50 testing goes as I'm not aware of any current up-to-date mod that directly conflicts with my mod. That being said, I have heard reports that some old out of date animations causes problems until you update them. So maybe start with your animations folder. The lack of any sort of Last Exception, and the game giving you a correct output 'that the client isn't interested' leads me to believe it just may be bad luck, however unlikely that is. In any case, let me know and thank you for your support!

Can you tell me what gender your sim is, which of my traits/aspirations they have, and finally under what context was the package missing. (Like was it missing on the package settings pie menu (those bubble menu pop ups) or on the client request pie menu, or on the lost eden escort order site)?

I bought a doll as a test and she appeared outside my lot , stayed for just a few seconds and then left. I tried buying another doll and she did the same , showed up for just a couple of game minutes and then left. They were both homeless and it was close to midnight so could either of those things have something to do with it ?

I've heard creating a new holiday for the next sim day could help resolve it but unfortunately it's something EA will have to fix. Thank you for your support!

I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling the mod but no luck (though when I removed the mod I was able to play as normal). I’m not sure what I did wrong but hopefully I can fix it!

2018-10-10 15:39:59 +0000 UTCI don't have the issue with them not being on the dollhouse for-sale site. In fact, it seems EVERY sim in my game including ghosts are in there. No children though (luckily). I would like to sort them by gender and age since there's a lot of wrong ones to scroll through to find what you want.

2018-10-10 11:06:04 +0000 UTCI love this update, ive noticed a few things that are not working well for me, when i sell a household member to the doll house and come back they dont appear on the for sale website. ie doll house. The 2nd is the Pink motive bar doesnt seem to last very long b4 it runs out, within 24 sim hrs it normally runs extremely low that they become dazed. The problem is if the owner has a job they have to do tasks when they come home to get a promotion or homework, they have to eat and socialize etc, and they dont have alot of time to themselves to stop the Pink motive bar going down so quickly. I dont have time to take them to the gym during work days lol When they become dazed the second time i couldnt send them back to the farm to be looked at. Dont no if there is some error? Also the Virginity modlet isnt picking up when the sim male/female has lost their viginity. Think its the Valley Girl Asparation Trait? Sorry about all of this, i really like this mod, you have done a great job! Thanks
2018-10-10 11:00:02 +0000 UTCI accidentially had my bird starting to dissasociate. There's no timer on it, how long is that supposed to go on? I assume I need to send her to the farm again once it stops, pink motive doesn't go up now (I assume that is by design) no matter what I do.

2018-10-06 19:17:27 +0000 UTCHi Nisa, thank you for your reply and your awesome work. I have choosen "CONVERT" by 3 diffrent sims but all came back with the "waiting for sell buff" and after that, nothing else happend anymore. Maybe you can take a look at it and fix it by your next hotfix.

If you wish to convert a sim in your active household for use in your current household then the convert interaction is the more appropriate choice. Still, I recommend waiting a little for the hotfix to release as it has a bunch of hotfixes. It shouldn't be long now!

She acting normal with her constantly Buff and thats it. No occult Type. Maybe you can take a look on it and fix it by your next hotfix.

2018-10-06 18:47:57 +0000 UTCHey GingerBread and thank you for your support! There seems to be a few bugs with this update and the first hotfix of which will be out shortly. When choosing the sell interaction, they will come back from a successful farm visit with the waiting for sale buff which will allow them to be bought by another household. I found a bug with this feature in particular and I expect the hotfix to fix it. For the convert interaction, they can come back from the farm in two states. If they 'fail' the farm event then they'll come back with a buff which will protect them temporarily from further farm visits, if they succeed, then they should come back with the appropriate trait + the pink motive. However, custom occults types (not occult types from the base game) can conflict with the sim getting the pink motive correctly. Do they have a custom occult type?

2018-10-06 18:07:53 +0000 UTCI dont know what I did wrong, but the sim I send off to sell come back with a dazed debuff and they still have the fun motive and only option i could do is apprise. and if I choose the convert house member option instead, they would just instantly have a dazed debuff and still have their fun motive too. I dont know how to make it work ><
