Apologies for slow uploads! been so busy with uni work lately🥲 dissertation is due in a few weeks, been working on it absolutely nonstop, my brain is starting to feel mangled, I still have two other assignments to do alongside it. Do they just assume we’re robots? 😅 I spent so much time thinking precisely, researching, making sure what I’m writing down is of the best standard, I’m so terrified of running out of time 😥 I just want it all to finish already. Summer really can’t come sooner.

Great video once again… just on your electric though are you paying your landlord or the or the utilities. If you are paying your landlord then you have the right to ask for copies of the itemised bills. Make sure the landlord is only changing for the electric that is being used and at 5% vat. I know of landlords who sneakily put 20% on it. They also cannot charge a surcharge for the service either something else I’ve seen landlords do they can only legally charge you the net amount of the bill + 5% Vat. If it’s the electric company directly I would check to make sure the bills are correct. Get a metre reading and check the bill. If it’s a smart meter still check the meter reading as don’t assume it’s right as smart meters despite their name are not always smart and energy companies give out estimated readings. Also gaming is a big cost on electric so if someone in the house has an Xbox or PS5 etc make sure it’s off when not in use as they can drain electric…
