I found out that they are leaking the content of my patreon and making it available for free on a pirate site.
But it's a bit disheartening that they would do this to smaller authors who have no way of defending themselves.
They've taken all my patreon content! Posts, announcements and even descriptions. This is sad and unfair and has made me want to stop creating content. I really appreciate the support you've given me so far, but I think that at this point, the stories here are no longer exclusive, which is unfair to the supporters.
I'm sorry about all this.

2024-07-20 14:08:02 +0000 UTCI grew up in a country famous for piracy so in a way I'm used to it, it definitely wasn't nice, it was a shock. I was sad all day. But then I realized that you can't go against it and that in a way it indicates growth. I'm trying to deal with it as best I can because I don't want to stop, I think thinking about it all day just did me a lot of harm. Thanks for the support and love <3

It's quite disgusting how people are willing to step on and steal someone's work just to get ahead. Idk how anyone could feel good about themselves. Honestly, not to discourage you from being the amazing writer you are (I've really loved and enjoyed your work) but I think stopping is what's best for you. Finish what you have and you have a following and fans. It's going to be difficult but, make hard copies. We'd buy them from bookstores just as we subscribed to your Patreon and stuck through it. I'm sure you'll find. I think webtoons is starting a Patreon thing and I know they have security procedures so that your content does not get stolen off of them. Whatever you figure out, let the people supporting you know so we can continue to do so! The best of luck to you, truly!

2024-07-20 02:44:41 +0000 UTCPeople just do not have respect for authors/artists’ work. In every group, there’s almost always one “evil” person stealing work/art for their own benefits or whatever. Yea it looks like they’re playing Robin Hood and giving it out for free on other sites. But it is available for free on webtoon or something right? So why steal great work and post it for free elsewhere? It makes zero sense. Sure we, supporters, on Patreon get several pages ahead before they were posted for free and that’s because we want to support the author/artist for they’ve done wonderful work! That is why we are willing to pay to support the author and get the pages ahead of everyone. Some people are stupid!

Regardless, I’m sorry this happened to you and what you’re feeling after learning this but remember that you have good honest people here who support you and your content because they want to and enjoy seeing and supporting what you create and that’s why they’re here and not there! So take however long you wish to process this or feel free to stop if that is what you wish to choose but don’t forget you have a good deal of people who are here for you on Patreon because they want to be and want see what you create next the honest way ❤️

I don't understand why people like to steal from others and those of us that support will understand if you need to take a break or stop and figure it out.
