Another month of this wonderful year is over. It left me exhausted of all the positive emotions I felt in my tour, looking forward to have a way simpler October (up to a degree, but at least a little bit simpler)
The month started in Marthas Vineyard, where I was admiring a summer lifestyle of people from a different tax bracket haha. And also a ferry travel from and back to NYC - it was a very nice experience, with only one disappointment - they don't sell tea on board, only beer and coffee.
Then I've spent a few days at home, traveling upstate multiple times and having a ton of fun at the photoshoots. And finally it was time to start my tour, the longest of my American tours so far, and longest of not-interrupted with any breaks tours in general.
I started in Chicago, accidentally locating myself in the middle of a polish neighborhood, which was a nice surprise
After nearly a week in Chicago, I flew to Seattle and had a truly wholesome week there, as I am already quite familiar with the city after some time I've spent there in December.
Amazing shoots, amazing people every day, amazing thrift finds
Mid-September I was in Idaho, practicing horse riding and learning a lot about a completely new lifestyle that was around me.
Next stop - Portland, just a couple days before it made it on every news channel. My experience in Portland was very different though, as it was the city where I received the most compliments about my style from strangers on the street. Love you Portland, love your food trucks and your public transport!
This would be a good moment to take a break or end a tour, but I didn't haha
I went to San Francisco instead!
And this is where I've spend the last week of September, being based in a beautiful area downtown, visiting Folsom street fair, posing in the nature and admiring sun sets and great weather (apparently it is not very common to Bay Area to demonstrate lovely weather, but I was lucky)
Total shoots: 36 (!!!!) of which 5 full day shoots
Amount of beds I've spent the night in: 9
Patreon posts: 32
Events: Folsom street fair, loved it!
Books: Left hand of darkness, got gifted a book by an author from Portland while in Portland, now at about a middle of it
New skills: 3 days horse riding, and continuing what I started in August - chess and singing classes
