Mana Replenishing Items in Comparison /w Satyr Mindstealer (as of 7.31b updated)

Updated the previous post to 7.31b values. Didn't take into account small stats items like a Branch or a Robe.
Items go from smallest mana per minute to largest. The second column indicates how much gold is worth 1 MP, the third - how much MP can be bought for 1 gold. This is neat to find the best item for mana regen.
The most significant nerf of the patch is Refresher Orb: it used to give 720 MP/min, now it's only 420, and it is no longer the best in terms of the amount of mana regen, although not the best in terms of the cost. Essence Ring is second nerfed item - now it gives 30 less MP per minute. The rest of the items turned out to be within their values, except that some of them now give 3-6 less mana which is insignificant.
Top bought items for MP regen: 1) Sage Mask; 2) Basilius / Raindrops - they have different cost, but their mana costs the same. The only thing is that Basilius is better, because it provides the aura and gives twice as more (and costs twice as more too); 3) Null Talisman after 25 minutes - gives as much as Veil / Vladmir - I don’t know how profitable this is, it's just a fact; 4) Void Stone, 5) Arcane Boots.
Top early game neutral items: 1) Essence Ring; 2) Arcane Ring; 3) Keen Optics.
Top midgame neutral items: 1) Spell Prism; 2) Stormtrooper; 3) Bullwhip.
*I did not take into account clarities, because you need 4 of them as one clarity lasts 25 seconds. In theory it's always the best MP/regen item for its cost.
