Update 08/20 - Future Projects

AY

I am here to provide a thorough update on what's been going on in the past two weeks.

There has been a lot of discussion, writing, brainstorming and networking.
These are the things that our work has so far yielded us;

We have chosen a few different franchises/settings that we want to put our attention on starting off. This does not, however, mean we will be permanently digging our claws into any one of these particular settings and staying with them like we did TTS.

We are planning on making shorter serieses(?), anthologies and single videos dedicated to multiple settings that at least one in our crew has a genuine passion for.

We will not be dedicating ourselves to an immensely long, overbearing series like TTS again for a good, long while.
We want to tell stories that are shorter, both in video-length and in episode-length, but hopefully as effective at giving you a good funny haha time as our previous works.

With that, almost all of the settings we've been looking into so far are not guaranteed.
We want to know with certainty from the company/companies that own the settings that they have no qualms with us being around.

This is the primary thing that we're either currently working on OR have gotten confirmation about in the last weeks.

So which settings are we looking into?

Settings

Alright, here we go.

1. World of Darkness (Confirmed)
The setting we have made the absolute most headway on project-wise is by far the World of Darkness setting.

It is one that I've personally been in love with since I played the legendary Vampire: The Masquerade - Bloodlines for the first time back in 2011. It is still in my top 5 games, no  question, play it if you haven't, it might be really jank but its still so good.

Fellow lead writer SpeakerD is also viciously invested in the setting, knowing the ins and outs of its contents like I know the contents of my old, shitty jacket from 2012.

We have been in contact with the company that owns the license, Paradox, and they have been so incredibly, INCREDIBLY good to us that I can barely comprehend it.
It feels like I've been stuck in my potato cellar and I just got a whiff of the rural air outside my crypt for the first time in twelve years.

As you can understand, this only further motivated us into slamming our faces into WoD with reckless abandon.
They actually want us, like........... like vambire want bloduj.

I've written a big outline for series we're transitioning with and, oh boy, it was amazingly fun to truly delve into the setting's juicy lore and have fun with it.
I will provide you a pitch for the series in a future update, but what I can tell you right now is that it stars a quite familiar cast of characters, a family, who goes on out into the vast expanses of Norfolk, England, to learn more about the supernatural underworld that lurks just below theirs.

THAT'S NOT ALL THOUGH.

We have, like, a hundred ideas for different videos in WoD but ANOTHER ONE we have made a lot of headway on is one lead  by SpeakerD.

It's about Pentex.

If you know your WoD lore, you'll know how fucking          fucking this one should be.

So yeah;
blease play Bloodlines before the release of this stuff you won't regret it.

2. Battletech (HOPEFULLY)
One man has violently prodded us into unbound excitement regarding a setting that he, in particular, is so genuinely passionate about that he is currently walking through what may just literally be hellfire to see us take it on.
This man is lead writer Earndil, because he fucking loves Battletech more than his feet probably.

The venn diagram between our previous projects and a Battletech one is probably quite close to being a circle. As we've noticed, a lot of people are quite passionate about us going for it. And we want to.

Earndil has written up some really exciting shit in the last weeks regarding what could be our Battletech project should the stars align.
But I do not want to give it to you just yet because... it does demand for the stars to align before we can do anything with it...

We are (and by that I mean the king, Earndil) is currently trying his damndest to get in contact with the appropriate people in order to know whether or not we can do a Battletech project without fear or uncertainty.
If you know your Battletech licensing lore, you will know that this is no easy feat.

However, know that we are TRYING to make this a reality.
But it's a lot of just sitting around and waiting for responses from various groups of people who are, in and of themselves, quite busy.

I just need you to know that it also might not happen, but we're going to try our best.

3. Stellaris (In all likelihood)
Okay, to be honest, we don't even have a proper pitch written down for this one but it has consistently come up in our discussions regarding potential projects and at this stage it feels inevitable that we will do something Stellaris-related.

Given our history with Stellaris and that it's another one owned by Paradox, we are more than welcome to try our hand at anything within their sandbox of a setting.
We just need to figure out exactly what we want to do.
But given how vast Stellaris is, the sky's the limit.

4. Supreme Death Hell (HAHAHAHAH)
This is our very good original setting that we will curse your eyeballs with sooner or later.
It's been a project a lot of us in the project group has, strictly as friends, developed for since 2014. It is us fully indulging in our shared sense of humour and our love for horrid toilet lore.

5. Any and all other settings under the Paradox license (of course)
We're pretty sure we could potentially do anything under the Paradox umbrella, no matter how obscure, as long as we tell them first (we probably don't even have to do that but its good to be courteous).

6. Valve Licensed Settings (this would be cool)
Valve are famous for being very lenient with regards to fan-works.
In addition, they have some really cool settings, especially Half-Life.
This is not something we've put any thought into past it being potentially viable and something incredibly neat. Will update you on this front if it evolves.

7. Other Original Settings
We have been pondering about giving  some original settings a shot that people in our Project Group have sitting around collecting dust.
Perhaps something they've worked on to-and-fro for years and years.
Many of us have that original setting we started work on when we were like 15 that we have just keep alive throughout the years because its been with us for so long.
It would be fun to just bring a project like that to reality.
Especially if its, like, really embarrassing because it's originally written by a 15 year old.

I have one of those and its like about vampires that can shoot shit out of their wrists, its just a straight jojo rip-off tbh
_______

And THAT is it for settings we are looking into right now that I could remember!!
I forgot to write Impossible Creatures and Runescape but fuck it.

Honestly, if you have any suggestions you could throw them at us.
Just know that we're prioritizing settings owned by companies who aren't... impossible.
And that we have to regard whatever setting you might suggest with some kind of passion. I don't think we will be delving into a setting without any one of us having any prior interest in it.

With that being said, looking into settings and writing isn't the only thing we've been doing.
We have another very important thing to show you!

New Video Format

The animated format that TTS took upon looks incredibly humble.
It does its job and its fairly unique to our content.
With that, though, it just isn't that impressive. And that is a problem because the amount of work that goes into animating in this style is far more intense than one might expect.

I need to change gears.
I've been animating in this style for YEARS and I want to do something if only slightly different...

THUS, I have a Proof of Concept video to show you!
In this video, I show you the kind of style I'd want to try out going forward.
BE WARNED THOUGH!!!
The art here is drawn by me so it looks very BAD.
Just imagine this but drawn by someone who knows what they are doing.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Hxmd83bLoOA

....

yeagh epig own prince dragonblade haha yeah

So what I've done here is I've split the visuals into two distinct, scalable parts.
We have what I call the Motion Comic part and the TTS/Visual Novel part.

As you might see, the action that takes place in these scenes are animated in the style of a motion comic. It pops more, it allows for more information to be delivered in a shorter span of time, it (ironically) doesn't neccesarily take as much time to animate and it is A LOT MORE FUN TO MAKE.

Then, we have the TTS/Visual Novel TTS part, which is reserved for scenes where action isn't neccesary, such as scenes with lengthy character dialogue.
So it keeps the TTS-style around but doesn't fully rely on it to deliver information.

These two, I think, will mesh very well and give you something more interesting to look at whilst not divorcing itself entirely from the classic TTS style.

I really hope you see the potential or can learn to enjoy it because this is a big opportunity for me to develop my skillset in the animation department and maybe even create something that I think looks good because, honestly, TTS never looked that good to me, no matter how hard I tried to make it look alright. This, I hope, will.

HOWEVER...
There is an  i s s u e.
I cannot fuckign DRAW now CAN I.
You've all seen it now.
What do???????
I need someone to rely on for ART.

And that is my segue into the next very important thing that YOU HAVE MADE HAPPEN!
YOU!!!!

New Hire

Due to the massive fund explosion that happened recently (thank you again), I have decided that it is time to actually hire someone full-time.

Most of the people I work with are freelancers or work by the hour because funds have simply not been sizable enough to give the opportunity to hand someone a full-time wage.
UNTIL NOW.

Come September, I am hiring a very talented artist and animator full-time who will help me with our new projects going forward.
We will spend all our daily hours working in a dank office room together and we will kill.

I am also planning on hiring more people from the Project Group full-time as long as our funds stay equitable and our future projects don't fucking crash and burn and die horribly forever because we were really bad creators all along apparently.

This is deathly exciting, though, and I hope it works out alright.
We will do our best to make it so.

And THAT is pretty much it for this time if memory serves.

We will continue to work on all fronts and, come next time, I'll have more details to share regarding our projects.

Until next time, have a good one!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Comments

I just purchased and played the 2018 Battletech game, it is honestly really fun! Awesome setting too, very much the Knight houses of 40K. Eager to see what you do for it!

Bret Bemis

Sorry to see the pledges drop below 20K. Hopefully the rest of us continue to support your work.

Scryer

in the immortal words of Big Kev: "Im Excited!"

Ainz

I like the TTS style honestly, it's simple, endearing (Most likely my bias) and funny (also probably my bias). But I understand that as a creator of creativity stagnation can be equivalent to death sometime so a change can be necessary at times and I support your decision. I'm so proud of you champ.

Nicholas T. Turner

I Roll to throw Shit at GW

Given your talent for turning games or battles into narratives, I recommend you just play through a game of Stellaris or whatever and take enough notes to actually make a story out of it.

Huh, I didn't consider the other paradox titles, It'd be hilarious to see you try to do something with crusader kings honestly

Joseph Bark

OH MAN! Vampire the masquerade!? Awesome! just thinking at your version of the tsimisce antedilvian make me twinkle with delight

Title alone sounds interesting but could you please enlighten us what unholy abomination Supreme Death Hell is?

Codemasterc

Oh yeah! I totally forgot paradox owned Tyranny. I need to finish that game. So good.

Codemasterc

Would that really be a bad thing though?

Codemasterc

About the new animation style, I think the classic TTS style works well enough, but I would much prefer if the characters mouths moved while they talked rather than their whole body moved. I see you already move the character's body in accordance to their speech. So I imagine, animating the mouth would carry just as much work, if not less. There are generic mouth animations for different syllables that you can use and reuse (just look at Jaiden Animations on youtube). And of course, it would look at lot more natural. Also, generic poses for the same character can be helpful. Like arms crossed, hand on hips, hand on chin, facepalm, sitting, standing, laying, etc. There are dozens of youtube channels that do this, like Overly Sarcastic Productions, where the youtuber represents himself with a simple animated drawing with generic poses and faces. Then you can just use the proper pose and the proper face expression, while animating the mouth, depending on the context. This is a very basic, simple and old animation technique that works really well for a budget animation. Anyway, congrats on the new project. Excited for the World of Darkness and Battletech content.

I agree with this. You may want to contact Renegade HPG as well he seems to be able to get ahold of the book authors and a few others.

Michael Kimberling

Bring on the good times! I can't wait, the World of Darkness idea sounds quite fun.

Corvo Kuro

Congratulations on the full-time hire! Your animation has improved EXPEDENTIALLY over these last 8 years anyway and it's just been a matter of time before you outgrew the old style. It is funny tho - every time I see the official art of the Skeleton Emperor on his throne, I immediately think "DUMPY GRIMBO." Poor Big E - he hates that throne and being stuck on it more then anyone else but that's what you get when you don't build something that can function without you. Funny story - MAGNUS was the one he planned on putting on the throne, as the most powerful Psyker among his sons. ... I don't think he would've been trapped there, at least I hope not. Yikes if true. ANYWAY, it's wise to build yourself lifeboats in case of catastrophe. You know, it occurs to me that in an ideal world, what would happen is GW emails to ask if you have a pitch for a comedic WH show that would be canon-compliant in the way TTS just can't be. With the option to pick it up for Warhammer+ if they like it. A person can dream. In the meantime, good luck with the new baby! The Emperor Protects

Morgan L.F

Speaker and WoD, oh god. Earndil being a nerd about battletech was always assumed but are we sure the vampires can handle his umm (whispers) galaxy wide ego? Well I hope it all works out smelly one.

TTS was but the beginning. That Stellaris special awhile back made me realize I just love you and your crew's efforts in general. TTS may be done (For now(FuckyouGW(NoReally))), but I look forward to your future projects. Especially if you do Battletech. If you can, see if you can get ahold of Tex of the Blackpants Legion. He's fairly well connected if Earndil needs anyhelp fighting Battletech's Copyright Hydra and it's copious heads.

Zervellion

Im conflicted between hoping to see your representation of the Gentry, anyone else and Malkavians trying to coexist or your take on the horrifying extended episode of Jerry Springer that is Werewolf "Culture"

Leon Sams

Gonna miss TTS but I think you could finally be the writer to challenge Jacks dialogue for best World Of Darkness Audio representation

Leon Sams

Gonna miss TTS

HunterDarkWolf

Super pumped for WOD content. Also Supreme death Hell sounds pretty interesting. More horrid toilet humor lore!

Alesha Montgomery

WoD: Sounds incredibly interesting and definetly lends itself to Kindred shennanigans I approve. Battletech: Oh hells yes, Paradox has some kind of connection with the license since they helped publish the Battletech computer game a bit ago, maybe see if they can help. Also Tex talks battletech might be able to help and is pretty dang good, I think his humor would gel well with you guys. Stellaris: I feel like there is a lot you can do with just making fun of this Paradox in General: Oh heck yes, I can just imagine what insanity you could do with Crusader Kings and its insane family politics or any of their other grand strategy games, have Denmark conquer the world, have Luxenbourge become the Holy Roman Emperor, Canada conquers the US, or god knows what else

Battletech eh? Have you considered doing collab work with Tex of the BlackPantsLegion? He's got some fantastic Battletech lore videos and a voice that's soaked in whisky, he'd be a great addition like Oculus Imperia and Remleiz were for TTS.

As a long-time WoD fan who just finished my annual playthrough of Bloodlines (which turned into a double playthough, because I just had to play Malk again), I am SUPER STOKED by this news!

Many people here have suggested Halo but I don't think any one of our lead writers have any particular passion for the franchise and like.... I feel like its been -done-, you know? Sure, we could probably do an unique take on it, but it always be in the shadow of far greater shows.

Alfabusa

If TTS just cannot return as it were, we have plans quite similar to these that we will in all likelihood employ. In the future, though. We want to give it PROBABLY a few years even? Kind of depends on GW, really, but this is our assumption.

Alfabusa

It's about Pentex, huh? Time to make a very original and definitely funny joke. Ahem. WYRMUS DOMINATUS.

Personally I'm really partial to the TTS style of animation. I thought it was a unique and elegant way to do things. But I'm looking forward to how things are done in the future regardless.

Mountain glade

Similar to the Stellaris story, you could make a story from Crusader Kings game that is capable of providing narrative substance long enough for long episodes.

Johnny Jhonson

I have an idea. Could you just do a Ff14 and just use the ending of ep.30 pt 2, and make an entire new universe with it? You could call it Battlemace 42 million. I know it was a joke made by Vulken but all you would have to do is just rename everything, make your own lore and spin on things I know it wouldn’t be easy but it would be something you own and no company can sue you for it, I mean it’s worth a try I guess?

Deliciously Decadent

Well the upside of World of Darkness is that since they have TTRPGs with rules, you could play out certain encounters like the battles that sometimes appeared in TTS, based on an a battle report. Also just a fantastic setting all around. I'm very happy to see possibly more Stellaris also!

If any of you like halo then I would suggest it as a new setting. It’s got an expanded universe with a lot of lore and room for interpretation of the characters or even new characters. Also 343 industries is super cool with fan creations of this nature, like red vs blue

Is your mother still concerned? XDD

steamworks

I know i would definitely be interested to see what you would do with a setting like half life. Would either go really well or terribly terribly wrong xD but all of the settings listed here, even the vague ones, dound like they would be fun to see you and the others mess around with. I eagerly await to see which you go with

steamworks

DEFINITELY something I've considered.

Alfabusa

how about you run a long running rpg for yourselves, (dnd, pathfinder, call of cuthulu) then animate the results for the rest of us

Yomoholo

Nonetheless, really interested into good vampire fun!

JMan

Well you asked for a suggestion so, why the heck not? Y'all ever thought of doing any SCP stuff? Literally games, fan films, entire channels are dedicated to harboring a pretty nifty fandom. Patreon would be readily acceptable since you guys do multi-themes and so as long as you're not claiming any thing as your own with the SCP material, the legalities of it are borderline nonexistant. It can be as horror focused and action packed to funny stuff like a hyperintelligent sea slug. Another suggestion is bunking up with anything Lovecraft related. H.P. Lovecraft is historically known for never copywriting his material as he encouraged colleagues to foster his universe. Dark? Maybe. But there's humor in it considering everything is fish related.

JMan

Mantic Games' 'Deadzone/Warpath'? It has SQUATS 🤓 They also have 'Kings of War', which is more or less Warhammer Fantasy.

Vercartos

Pledged just to come encourage you on battletech.

I personally was thinking of the SCP foundation expanded universe but I forgot that world of darkness is rich in itself.

Waterpicker

My love for Battletech knows no bounds.

Schmick101

I WILL CRY TEARS OF JOY IF YOU WRITE SHIT FOR BATTLETECH OMFG I LOVE THAT SHIT THE FACT THAT IT WAS MENTIONED LITERALLY MADE ME SCREAM IN JOY, MY MOTHER IS CONCERNED But whatever you do, I'm sure it'll be good. We just gotta dunk on GW and show them what they're missing.

lomhow1234

I'll keep watching I think your guys content is gold, but I admittedly know nothing about the others. Would love if someone could recommend an alternative to 40k, as much as I fucking adore it, it's time to take a break until a certain company pulls their head out of their shockingly loose buttholes

Shockwave Supreme

I'm most hyped for Supreme Death Hell

Shockwave Supreme

Oh god I want to see you guys do Battletech.

TheStarsAbove

I know you have a lot on your plate right now with all the reworking and decisions, but I know about another universe that I think might be right up your ally as it is in some ways very similar to Warhammer with the addition of being run by a company that is extremely excepting of fan work, even to the degree of hosting weekly/monthly fan made art/animation competitions. The game is called Destiny and it has two instalments but is also accompanied by a lot of dlc and an obscene quantity of lore books (where talking so many that someone had to make a virtual archive just to try and manage it). to put the plot very simply, it is set in the distant future of earth, where the last remaining survivors of humanity rallied under the corpse of a dead machine god and built the last city to protect themselves from the alien threats that caused their collapse. you play as a guardian, undead soldiers raised from the grave by the machine gods remnants called ghosts and bestowed with power and immortality. the rest of the story starts to get two complicated for a short suggestion so I'll leave it at that. I think this is a really interesting universe and it is one that is often heavily underrepresented in the large scale animation community.

This is very exciting news!! I'm hyped about every single possible idea that you wrote about! :))

My collection of Vampire: TM books cannot be moved with less than a forklift, so I'm buzzed. Also like Battletech, so that's awesome, keep up the good fight Earndil! Really the idea of some original worlds is fun too. This is all good news. The new format looks alright. Wish I could draw! It's good Paradox recognizes the free fanbase = good press! Props to them. I'll have to shop their game catalogue and find something I like as thanks for that!

Trevor Bond

If you guys dig into World of Darkness, it will be a rich seam for parody and riffing. Basically a mountain made of more gold than stone. Just one short explaining what a Malkavian in Vampire would be incredible if done by this team.

Jack Ponder

You had me at Battletech. The Confederation will grow larger!

I wouldn't be a Warhammer nerd without TTS, and I wouldn't be a gamer at all without World of Darkness. I'm gonna need a bigger ladle for all this win-sauce.

pardusprime

AWESOME I may not have played bloodlines but i have watched the entirety of LA by night and I cant wait for some more WoD. Also I would like to make a setting suggestion, though it is quite a saturated market the SCP universe could do with some good old satire right now, there are plenty of readings but its such a wide and expansive setting that is litteraly already creative commons I think its pretty perfect for you. I admit it would be challenging with no single defined canon but something like the broken masquerade canon or the apotheosis canon could be great topics

Sounds like you have a winner with world of darkness.

Accbar

The thing I'm worried about with Battletech is... they will probably notice you making a series, and then take action. That action will probably be canonization... and then you're stuck.

Sororitas Cupid

Since Paradox seems to love you guys, this might be worth exploring: It isn't their IP, but Paradox publishes the BattleTech (video) game. If Catalyst gives you the silent treatment, maybe trying the "sponsored content" pitch with Paradox would help?

While you should definitely do what you believe is best. My heart longs to see your interpretation of battle tech so much

http://chng.it/6N9ghJT9Nw

Kanan

We are definitely diving into some of the more obscure stuff as SpeakerD in particular is obsessed with the stuff. What we're going in on first though is very Vampire/Mage-centric, with some Werewolf and Spectre mixed in. Just a sample platter of concepts from the universe meant to help introduce new potential fans.

Alfabusa

As fun as it would be, considering Konami owns Yu-Gi-Oh, I'm not sure it would be good praxis to shift to them considering their sordid history.

Alfabusa

Oh know that I have. I've been a fan of Freeman's Mind for years and years and years. It is absolutely amazing and a big inspirational piece.

Alfabusa

I'm sorry to say it will not, all of TTS is on hiatus until GW becomes explicitly supportive of fan-content such as ours.

Alfabusa

Knew you'd find a home pretty fast =) I really hope the mech warrior thing works out. I played that game to death in high school.... God I'm old

Alex

Good guy Paradox, seems like! But, awesome! Both WoD and Battletech sound fantastic, and while I know less about the other stuff, I am very much interested

The first thing that came to my mind when mentioning Paradox was HoI4 animation by Bruva... That would be glorious XD

Crow-4

Xenonion might want to collab 🤔

Vercartos

World of Darkness? HELL YEAH!

Depressed Duck Daddy

Hmm... vampires are not really my jam, but then before you all neither was 40k really. I'll keep to the faith and trust you all to make it entertaining as hell

Paradox also has got TYRANNY, a RPG about serving Sauron-esque Overlord as Fatebinder, a kind of sheriff. Its gist is that this Overlord had won, conquering/subjugating the known world. It also had Archons, powerful individuals with Unique Magical abilities: Masks of Nerat is totally Tzeentch, Tunon a stuck-up Judge, Graven Ashe is a fussy uncle/big brother for his army. Bleden Mark have you all, IF You won't consider TYRANNY!

Vercartos

Awesome, with how much the news of TTS was initially a bummer, all this is getting me so excited and pumped! I eagerly await new stuff from y'all

Nicholas Muncie

As a weeb, I was hoping some anime would be one of the considered settings. Especially after a couple of Yu-Gi-Oh crossovers into TTS. I am only vaguely familiar with WoD and Battletech buuut... I was only vaguely familiar with 40K when I started TTS so whatever XD Though I am interested in the original stuff too. I want to see what spews out from those minds of yours.

If posible i would like to see some jabs ang giggles towards 'the unseen' from Battletech

I had no idea Stellaris and WOD were owned by the same people. Here's hoping for more crazy stellaris videos.

Sumelar

Well! That sounds promising! Are there any ideas what special flavor your WoD will have or will it just be the usual inanity Vampire, Werewolf and Mage have to offer?

Mezilsa

You must be out of the loop, read his earlier updates. Tts is on indefinite hiatus due to GW

Well if Battletech happens they need to get Tex of the Black Pants Legion to participate

James A. Glier

Well, with WoD, you can get just about as grimdark as 40k when you include content outside of the vampires, like Wraith: The Oblivion. The land of the dead where everything is gloomy, built out of the emotional energy of things that have been destroyed. With no natural resource, items are forged out of literal souls. You can expect a good chunk of new residents to the shadowlands to be harvested and turned into a brick for someone house. Probably still feeling all of it.

Proof of concept video, that OWNEDtm part at the end with the Muppet face is oddly hypnotising, and YES, I had just wondered if WarHams would do WoD as well for a new setting, so happy coincidence! Hell if it does well enough maybe Paradox will ask you to write for VTMB 2…Also Jesus I just noticed when did you get to nearly 18k?!

JeanWorm

I think you could make a banging shorts series on BoltAction WW2 stuff. Just a band of misfits from all nationalities and sides doing random shit. Anyways, I am looking forward to anything you will Produce as tts was my Favorite content in a long time and I know I will love anything your going to put out

Sascha Klein

Oh tyranny yes yes yes didn’t know paradox owned that!

JeanWorm

I'd like to see you do something with Dungeons & Dragons, especially the old-school stuff. 1st edition AD&D, B/X, etc. As I understand it OSR is pretty forgiving, so you could probably get away with it.

On one hand it'd be great to see Alfabusa make the the next Red Vs Blue (figuratively, not literally) On the other hand, maybe it's best not to tempt fate seeing how badly rooster teeth is deteriorating these days.

Elliot Luke Grace Wilson

Any settings under the paradox license? Are we truly near the universe where the TTS team makes a video about Tyranny? And here I thought this was the darkest timeline.

Imma propose you do some Yu-Gi-Oh. Since you basically already did Yu-Gi-Oh in two videos, and people seemed to like it there.

Elliot Luke Grace Wilson

WoD is a good choice, since it looks like bloodlines 2 fell though, you can pick up the mantle for more campy vampy goodness

Powercore2000

I know that a lot of people on Grimdank switched over to Battletech for the boycott. That being said though, I’m down for whatever you all make since it’ll probably quickly become my next obsession.

alaa najm

I wouldn’t worry about Battletech. Not like Catalyst could ever get their stuff together enough to ever sue anyone. I think you’d guys have fun with Deadlands and Pinnacle/Shane Hensley are pretty easy to deal with from what I know.

Hope you guys can sort out the Battletech stuff, would love to see your take on it! The new video animation, I can dig it? Though yeah, the current quality leaves a bit to be desired. But it is a proof of concept, so understandable.

Kharakian

HELL YEAH, World of Darkness! Man! White Wolf made some pretty stand out stuff, especially a lot of their original setting stuff. I mean the whole World of Darkness setting is rich with lore and has multiple different games with Vampire: The Masquerade being one of the most famous. Does this mean you'll also be pulling from the other World of Darkness game sets like Mage: The Ascension( which has some pretty cool stuff on how mages and magic work in that setting and the price needed to cast magic.)? I'm just super stoked to know you'll touch on this stuff since I've been a big fan of a lot of the stuff birthed by White Wolf, like WoD, and Scion, and my big favorite one, Exalted, which in its first incarnation was meant to be a sort of pre-history for the OG World of Darkness setting, with loose connections and fragments that barely managed to survive both the passage of time and the reshaping of existence. Any chance to delve into the myriad of cool settings and introduce them to the wider public!

Bunny Waffles

Supreme Death Hell sounds like a lot of fun, I gotta say

Nightingale33

I cannot wait for a WoD series especially with the new Vampire game on the way! Also, Alfa, in my own twisted mind I would absolutely love to see a Prince Dragonblade series entirely animated by you. It just feels right...

Eve Mizgala

Most of these sounds great tho this is partially due to personal bias against Valve, I'd say stear clear of all of that. While Valve has amazing settings with the HL/Portal one and TF2, they are all barren wastelands at this point with how "much" Valve gives them attention and the communities behind them are leaning more and more towards the fanatical part of a fandom at this point than being genuine fans.

Tripl3M

You could always try Halo maybe?

RuneScape? Would love to see what you could do with that setting, especially if it'll be anything like the old "RuneScape Gods Exposed"

Freeman's mind is one of the best valve license machinima's out there. And I can say Machinima because that's what it originally was oh, now it's just a passion project for him

Seymour Destruction

Alfabusa, if you have any intention of delving into any Valve-related IP's, may I suggest checking out the work of Accursed Farm's Ross Scott. His classic take on Half Life with Freeman's Mind is both side-splittingly hilarious, and somewhat eye-opening into the mind of a one-man-army silent protagonist.

Zephyr444

I have been interested in looking into World of Darkness for quite a while, this interests me considerably.
