For the TL;DR of it:
1 - I plan on posting WIPs here, as I wish to actually add some incentive for subscribing.
2 - A $3 Tier will be made momentarily, and I will be having the benefits for WIPs be for the $3 Tier and $5 Tier ONLY.
As I said on the tweet - if you, being the $1 tier, don't wish to upgrade and find this sudden change unfair, you're more than willing to unsubscribe and take your money elsewhere - I will not take it personally!
