At some point in time I'll have enough material to make something resembling an issue of Dork. I don't know if it will be a digital/Patreon-only sort of thing, or worked out as some sort of print project (in addition), but since I'm still making comics, they'll eventually accumulate.
So far there's the four or five pages of Fun strips from Heavy Metal/Soft Wood, some unpublished strips posted here and elsewhere in the past year, and a few comics like the Cat Help page. Currently I have a two-page Cat Help comic in production, a one-page autobio comic that I need to finish, and a few other things. There's also a batch of autobio one-pagers I posted online a few years back. They could be part of a new issue or extra add-ons or who the hell knows. If you're doing digital, you can toss things in.
Anyway, at some point I'll have 24 or more pages worth putting together in some way, shape or format. And I'll need a cover and things like that. So I started penciling the cover I worked out in my sketchbook a while back (and posted here). Scanned the sketch, printed it out at a larger size on four or five pieces of paper, pasted the image together, and taped it on the lightbox. It's been sitting on a pile of other drawings to finish up when I can while working on the commissions list. I add lines to them here and there when I'm vexed by something I'm drawing, like the design I'm doing for a fundraising event.
Hope March looks good to you folks, thanks for being here another month. Talk soon/post soon.
