Hey all, I apologize for the late update. I wanted to make sure all my family knew the game plan first.

The news came back from labs; no evidence of malignancy. So my neuro-surgeon will proceed with a tumor resection surgery.

That's been scheduled for the 22nd of April with a bunch of meetings prior with the cooperating vascular surgeon, PCP nurses and consultation. It's a little daunting and the operation itself is going to be a fairly significant one. They'll be cutting into my neck from the front to get to the nerve root and then resecting as much of the mass as they can get.

It likely won't be fully removed so I'll need to get annual follow up MRI's to determine its regrowth.

Not too sure about rehab. My doctor is confident that I will regain full function in time but it will take a while because nerves tend to be difficult to predict as far as recovery goes.

Symptom-wise things are getting worse still. I'm taking quite a cocktail of meds to hold them back. It brings a degree of relief but just about everything I do can exacerbate them unpredictably. So I'm just trying to lay low presently.

Thank you again for the support. I'm gonna try to get this dragon-Grim finished up if my body will permit it. Then back to working on prelims.
