Makes Saadia, the mysterious Redguard barmaid of Whiterun, a fully fledged follower with quest awareness and an immersive background story.

The Redguard barmaid's past is clouded in mystery. She appears as a damsel in distress who needs her chivalrous hero - but is that truly all there is to her? Is she indeed what her Alik'r enemies want you to believe - a seductress and a traitor? Journey with her, know her, and find out.

Update:

2025/10/1 - Fixed the issue where if you already use another mod to make Saadia a follower, you cannot access the recruitment dialogue in this mod.

Makes Saadia a fully fledged follower with 231 lines, all voiced by high quality AI (see the video for reference)
Quest awareness for Thieves Guild, Dark Brotherhood, vanilla main quest and DLC main quest

This mod is 100% compatible with any mod, including dialogue expansion mods from other authors. However, if you use another mod that sets a "truth" for In My Time of Need's canon, then they may not be compatible narratively.

Safe to add or update mid-save.

To recruit Saadia, you must complete In My Time of Need in Saadia's favor.

There is a potential for future expansion with Saadia, including optional synergy with the overarching Shezarrine Saga
