2021-12-24 00:51:17 +0000 UTCIt's possible Flash was 16, which is the age in the US that you can get a drivers license. If he was 15, he could get a learner's permit, but that only allows you to drive accompanied by a person with a license in the car also.

We saw how he was treated like nothing and swept aside in the beginning of the movie. So he truly believes in what he's saying. A lot of these villains are more nuanced, which is more realistic cause even in people who are truly evil, something caused them to get there.
