Starfield might be easier than I expected
Added 2023-09-01 00:11:22 +0000 UTCI just checked the Starfield's exe, it's very easy to find the FSR2 functions it seems.
I can maybe get DLSS2 working even before DLSS3, and within maybe two hours I can get a basic functionality working.
And I am gonna release the DLSS2 version on nexusmods.
But DLSS3 still needs to wait, and will only be on patreon.

2023-09-03 13:24:38 +0000 UTCNah DLSS3 works perfectly fine on RTX30 cards! NVIDIA just opened it for all RTX card. Only specific features like the frame and path generation are exclusive to RTX40 cards. But using the new trained super sample models of DLSS3 works perfectly fine and it´s worth it!

2023-09-01 21:08:12 +0000 UTCDLSS3 from Nvidia does not work on 30 series cards. People speculate you could make it work, but he 30 series lacks the special hardware to process DLSS3 at reasonable performance. Do not confuse DLSS 3 with the DLSS 2 version 3.x.x dll's, they are different.

2023-09-01 13:39:51 +0000 UTCDLSS 3 requires specific hardware organic to 4xx cards. You could technically get dlss 3 to work on a 2 or 3 series gpu, but the latency would definitely be bad and detract way more than it would add.

2023-09-01 05:05:51 +0000 UTCIt looks like in the game menu you will need FSR2 enabled. The mod appears to work in place of it when you enable it in the mod menu. You also seem to adjust the resolution scale with the in game slider.

But I made serveral guesses and precoded a lot of things, like took a guess that I can find the FSR2 function's addresses and wrote what I would've need to do if I can find them, if I can't, these work would've been in vain, but now it seems they are easy to find.
