Alright, got DLSS working in FO4
Added 2023-01-13 20:04:30 +0000 UTCOnly bare minimum code to make it work, next would be taking time to polish it.
And this is the DRS version which isn't compatible with ENB, after I got this version working I am gonna do the ENB compatible version using the same method as the SkyrimUpscaler ENB Workaround.
