Well..., maybe not so much once you realize that every single frame of BCS was, in fact, shot in New Mexico (including the exterior shots of Ziegler's widow's house, although they did CGI in a European-looking trolly going down the street in that one shot) They probably had to travel a bit away from the dessert region of Alberquerque to find a deciduous forrest setting, but according to Wikipedia "close to a third of the state is covered in timberland, with heavily forested mountain wildernesses dominating the north."

I think Jimmy & Kim both cling to each other despite all their relationship problems because they provide each other with the love they couldn’t get from their families: Jimmy is immature and irresponsible, like Kim’s mom— But, Jimmy is like a version of Kim’s mom who is warm and affectionate to her, always rooting for her, and will never abandon her. Conversely, Kim is similar to Chuck in that she’s a brilliant, serious lawyer of the kind that make Jimmy feel intimidated and looked down on— But, Kim is like a version of Chuck who is proud of Jimmy and doesn’t make him feel worthless and ashamed.
Jimmy provides Kim with the affection and attention she couldn’t get from her mother, while Kim provides Jimmy with the approval and acceptance he couldn’t get from Chuck.
