Local Map Upgrade, Dragon's Eye Minimap, Bug Fixes and MCM Menus!!

For this to work you need to download MCM Plus Plus from my last post: MCM Menus Are Finally Here!!

For some reason, I can't close the minimap. The MCM does let me rebind the key, and I'm using infinity UI + TrueHUD
