Minimap Mod Progress Update
Added 2023-06-25 14:43:52 +0000 UTCHi guys! This is a post about the progress I'm making in the so-wanted minimap mod.
I would say that the hard part is already done, fixing rendering leaks so you won't have any CTD. Took longer than expected, because that's all new for me, but now I'm back in my confort zone and features will be added more quickly.
From the last video, besides the fixes, I've added the following:
- The door markers are now updated correctly on each change of cell.
- Quest markers are now shown in the minimap!
- Zoom to the local area with the mouse wheel.
The area loaded in the minimap is dynamically changed with the size of the widget. In a future update I will add the option to toggle between a mini-minimap and a bigger one to see more details.
After adding enemies to the minimap I will make a beta release. Hope you like it! I'm happy with the current result ^^
