For the ice cubes: instead of letting them melt, run them under water for two seconds, it'll remove any sharp edges without melting them too much (of course make sure to check and do it again if there's any left or use another cube)

It's not necessary to watch the last video and if you're going to use the ice cubes with the plug, let them melt in a bowl of water first, because the ends of the cubes can hurt you due to the large quantity of them.
