Hi Bart! There is actually messaging here via the Community tab 😊 Just click on there and you can send me a message. I find that it's mostly based on a personal preference on what people like to use. My Patreon pages go back to 2020, where OF only goes back a year. If people follow a lot of creators on one or the other, that may determine which platform they prefer, so they can see everyone on the same site.
