July Plans and Beyond
Added 2024-07-02 02:56:49 +0000 UTCTLDR: Long-term goal is fully voiced and lip-synced animations, but getting there will take time so full project releases (like “Clean”) are going to slow down. I will try to periodically (monthly?) take a week or so and do some quick requests/experiments. I just think so much more is possible, so I don’t want to keep grinding out the same types of content. If someone else wants to, well, that’s why I release my workflows. As I mentioned, the end goal here is animations with full audio and lip-sync, eventually using a custom checkpoint finetuned on male/female/trans webcam screen caps, but it’s going to take a while to get there. Below is a very tentative schedule for the coming months.
July-August:
Full nude TG with no audio - decided not to try genital TF as there is not a good checkpoint for that (yet hehe).
Test InstantID IPadapter workflows with CompassMix & bigASP (for doing realistic/stylized image sequences with face inputs).
September
Lipsync workflow tests
October-December
First TFChat animation!
