GTS Agent Ch 12: The Comings Of A Fight, Arrival Of Agent 10

Douglas slung his backpack over his shoulder and began to walk out of the classroom.

"Damn it, so much homework," he muttered, stuffing the papers into his bag.

"Well, whatever, at least I can go home." A relieved expression spread across his face as he picked up his pace, eager to finally end the day.

"Douglas, wait!"

He turned around to see Traci running toward him—the girl who seemed to be everywhere he went.

"Oh, hey Traci," Douglas said with a small smile as she jogged up to him.

"Hey, um..." Traci hesitated, looking up at him with a shyness he hadn't seen before. "Do you have any plans?"

"Um... no, I don't think so," Douglas replied, feeling a little uneasy.

"Well, would you like to get something to eat with me?" she asked, her cheeks turning red.

"Um... sure," he said, his own cheeks flushing.

"Could this be... a date?" he thought, a mix of excitement and confusion swirling in his mind.

Douglas followed Traci as they walked off the college grounds and onto the sidewalk leading into the city. As they walked, he found himself watching her, noticing how her hair framed her face.

"She really is beautiful," he thought. "But why me?"

Traci turned her head, flashing him a smile that sent his heart racing.

"Do you have any places in mind?" she asked, her voice filled with excitement.

"Um... I—" Douglas stopped mid-sentence as Traci's expression shifted from friendly to something more intense, almost angry. His heart skipped a beat, and he could feel the sweat forming on his palms. Her eyes, which had seemed so inviting before, now held a coldness that made him uneasy.

"What's wrong?" he asked quietly, almost afraid to speak, fearing she might lash out at any moment.

"Hey, Douglas..." Traci's voice dropped, and her face softened into a friendly smile once more. "Sorry, but do you think we can reschedule?"

"Um, yeah, of course," Douglas stammered, eager to escape the sudden tension. "Um... so, see ya later." He quickly turned and hurried away, not daring to look back, his heart pounding as if he were fleeing from something dangerous—if only he knew.

Traci watched as Douglas weaved through the crowd, dodging people until he was out of sight. Once he was gone, her warm expression vanished, replaced by a cold, calculating stare.

"It's been a long time, Agent 10," she said, her eyes shifting slightly to acknowledge the presence behind her.

"Oh... and here I thought I had hidden myself pretty well. But then again, I was never able to hide from you, was I, Agent 100?" A chuckle escaped from behind her, light and teasing, but there was an edge to it.

Traci turned slowly to face the girl behind her, studying her with a critical eye. Despite the years, Agent 10 hadn't changed much. She still had that playful personality, layered with a touch of menace. Her pink hair, tied in long ponytails.

Agent 10's ponytails swayed as she smirked, her childish hairstyle a stark contrast to the malice in her eyes. Traci had always thought the look was unbecoming of a seasoned agent, a facade to mask the true danger beneath. But now wasn't the time to dwell on that.

"What are you doing here?" Traci demanded, her voice cold.

"Hey now, is that any way to talk to your senior?" Agent 10 feigned hurt, placing a hand over her heart. "I care so much about you that I took time out of my busy schedule to come and check on my dear junior."

Traci swallowed back her rising anger. "I know you better than that," she said, turning away from Agent 10. "I don't know what your intentions are, but now that you've seen me, I suggest you be on your way."

She began to walk off, hoping to end the conversation then and there. But Agent 10 wasn't done.

"Not so fast," Agent 10 called out, arms crossed. "Care to explain this little mission HQ has you on?"

Traci kept walking, refusing to give her the satisfaction. "It's none of your business."

"Maybe not," Agent 10 replied, casually falling into step behind her, hands clasped behind her head. "But I can't help but wonder why HQ would send a newbie like you."

"Who knows?" Traci shot back. "Maybe you should go and ask them."

Agent 10's tone shifted, her voice taking on a darker edge. "Maybe I should, because I want to know—what's so special about Douglas Greene?"

At the mention of Douglas's name, Traci's head snapped around, her eyes glowing with barely contained power. Her clothes tightened as her body tensed, anger radiating off her in waves. But just as quickly, her fury gave way to shock. Agent 10 stood there, an evil smile curling her lips, holding a small black piece of paper in her right hand.

"Damn you!" Traci yelled, her entire body beginning to expand rapidly, her form swelling with unleashed power.

"Expa!" Agent 10 shouted, her voice sharp and commanding.

In an instant, the air around them shifted, a wave of force colliding with Traci's expanding form. The black paper in Agent 10's hand glowed faintly.

The streets fractured under the immense pressure, sending shockwaves through the city as debris and dust filled the air. The wind howled, carrying the swirling dust cloud across the skyline, obscuring everything in a thick, suffocating fog. Buildings creaked and groaned, teetering dangerously as the earth beneath them buckled, shaken by the massive force that had suddenly appeared.

Then, with a deep, rumbling growl, the dust began to settle. Out of the haze emerged a towering figure—massive, mighty, and unyielding. Her long hair whipped in the breeze, a stark contrast to the destruction around her. At fifty feet tall, she stood as a monolith of power and defiance, her presence alone enough to inspire both awe and terror.

Traci looked down, her gaze locking onto a familiar figure below. The laughter she heard was unmistakable, grating in its mockery. There, standing by a shoe large enough to crush her in an instant, was Agent 10, her grin as wide as ever.

"Oh, Junior," Agent 10 taunted, her voice laced with amusement. "What would you have done if I hadn't activated my Espaciorealm?"

Traci's eyes remained fixed on her target, her expression hard as stone. "I would've crushed you!" she shouted, her voice echoing through the ruins. "And dealt with the consequences later."

"Crush me?" Agent 10 lowered her head slightly, the smile never leaving her face. "You really think you can?" she challenged, her voice dripping with disdain. Without waiting for a response, her body began to expand, her expression morphing into one of manic glee.

The ground quaked once more, fissures opening up as her massive shoes pressed down, claiming more space. Agent 10 continued to grow, her form stretching upwards, filling the space between Traci's parted legs. But Traci didn't flinch. She had seen this before; she knew exactly what to expect from her former mentor.

"I guess it has been a while since I've played with my lovely Junior," Agent 10 mused, her smile widening as she reached Traci's height. The two agents now stood eye to eye, equal in size and power. "Come then, Agent 100," she challenged, extending her arms as if inviting an embrace. "Come and fight me in this protected space!"
