Patch v0.35 - Mid Cycle Update

My plan is to periodically release these patches between major releases to address large system bugs and to add in any mini encounters before tackling larger story based content. They will serve as a way for players to give feedback on new systems so that future large patches can focus on just new fun scenes!

Alignment System (Chaos/Grace) Changes:
The Alignment System has been changed in a way to hopefully streamline Chaos and Grace acquisition so that both choices are more impactful. Thus, the number of Alignment choices have been reduced significantly but should carry more weight in future character and story interactions. This will create 2 distinct paths when progressing through Meadows Mansion, with a third more neutral path available in certain situations.
Alignment acquisition should cap out at 5 in this current patch. (Please let me know if you find a way to gain more.)
Removed MANY arbitrary alignment gains.
Alignment stacking should no longer be possible nor necessary for scenes.
Alignment gains currently available with: Agatha, Beth, Margo, Mrs. Larson.
Checkpoints & Scene Selection:
Given the scope of the game going forward, I have formulated a more consistent way of skipping ahead into the story. The new Checkpoint system will allow players to jump into the most recent story beat with the base required items and Alignment to progress. The newest checkpoints within each major patch will require a passcode that will be given through natural gameplay, while older checkpoints will not require a code whatsoever. (If players find difficulties progressing naturally through the story ie. missing items or alignment, please let me know and I will balance this accordingly.) ((Additionally, certain hidden scenes or encounters may only be possible if a player truly explores to find them. The checkpoints merely give you a base starting point.))
The Scene Selection system will allow players to jump directly into various scenes with each of the major characters. These are not meant to be a replacement for the checkpoints and instead serve as a way to jump quickly into fun fetish based encounters. Like the Checkpoint system, new scenes in each patch will require codes while the old ones will not.
Added Checkpoints, players can choose between 3 checkpoints from the Main Menu.
Removed old Checkpoints and Passwords.
Added Scene Selection, players can choose amongst all major characters their favorite scenes to replay! (Includes Tags)
THE GOOD STUFF
What would a new patch be without content? In this mid cycle patch I have added a handful of new interactions with Margo. I hope you enjoy!
Inspecting the Toilet in Changeroom 1 is now possible with enough Chaos.
Inspecting the Boots in Changeroom 3 is now possible with enough Chaos.
You can now sneak up on Margo by disabling the Trip Laser. (You will need the Watch Screwdriver).

2024-06-05 17:56:55 +0000 UTCTo answer your first question; No. It’s mention in the description, but once you reach an event in your playthrough, the game will give you a code so you can replay it. Now some replays will give you the required Grace/Chaos to do the fetish options. As for the Water Bottle, just make sure you go with the “Get Margo’s Attention” choice while having the item in your inventory. That should make the option to give it to her appear.

Or am I the only one? Also taking the bottle from the fridge and trying to give it to Margo...where's the option to give the bottle? Maybe I am missing something but I didn't see an option, or do I need another item?

2024-06-05 01:43:29 +0000 UTCActually, you can get 5 grace before you meet Gilly. I managed to do it, as well as get +6 grace during one of my playthroughs. What you need to do is; 1) Go to Agatha first, get her glasses then don't go inside with her. (+1 G) 2) Go to Beth, do her events to get both Grace and her bracelet. (+1 G) 3) Go to the Changerooms after the cutscene and get the water bottle. 4) Give the water bottle to Margo. (+2 G) 5) Don't go peeping on the teacher in the shower (+1 G) Now you have 5 Grace before you meet Gilly. And to get the sixth Grace, do the climb up Margo. I think you might be able to get more if you do her challenge first then succeed in both trials, bringing her the water after. Loved the patch by the way. All the new scenes involving Margo were absolutely great. Can't wait for the next segment.

2024-06-05 00:42:46 +0000 UTCv0.35 has been very fun and I have enjoyed puzzling out how to attain 5 chaos and 5 Grace through various runs as well as discovering all possible scenes and encounters. Although, there is one set of encounters I can't quite get no matter what I try (and i think I've tried it all) I haven't found any way to make Chaos or Grace exceed 5, but I'm not sure if its possible to get 5 grace before encountering Gilly (in regards to her using other methods to carry you to the secret lab for the first time. From what I've been able to map out: -You can either get +1 grace from the Alt girl or the Creepy Girl but not both. (You also can't get both armbands unless you help the creepy girl first.) -You can gain +1 grace by not peeping on the Teacher in the shower room -You can gain +2 Grace from Margo for giving her the water bottle before she asks for proof of challenge and promising not to talk about her sharing the red armband. Unless there is a final method that is slipping my mind there is no way to get 5 grace before meeting Gilly for the first time, meaning the only 2 feasible ways to convince her to carry you before you arrive at the secret labs for the first time is by going through the Scene Selection option and picking either option as your start point. Otherwise the images and scenes used for travel by Gilly is the usual ones shown after fetching the cheese for her in the lab.
