Tornado's Scratching Post

With the mighty Blizzard shrunken down to only an inch or two in the last battle, Fubuki's overbearing older sister Tatsumaki decides to keep a watchful eye on her. Fubuki complained but could do nothing as she was placed on her sisters bedside.
All was fine- until Tornado felt an itch... her psychic powers subconsciously reaching out for something to scratch with.
