Do you know someone having a bad day? Do you want to help but you're not sure what the right thing to say is? Send them this video! This video is a little over 10 minutes so that it's long enough to help someone have a moment to relax, but not so long they're going to be overwhelmed. If someone is having a rough time, they might not want to sit through a 30 minute video.

So share this video with someone you know having a bad day OR save it for your present and future self for if you're having a bad day and need to hear something positive :)
